Great, central location. About 6 minute walk from train station. Shops and places to eat very nearby. Comfy beds. Easy to pick up extra towels and an iron in the reception area. Friendly staff and good availability. Air conditioning in rooms.

Fantastic check-in experience, bag storage on check-out, friendly helpful staff, always smiling, room clean and well prepared. A real change from the usual feeling of being an inconvenience when checking-in to other hotels. Special mention to Saf for her courteous manner.

I went to the hotel with my family for a long weekend. Overall, great staff but the hotel needs a thorough clean. More specifically, the walls and carpet needs to be washed. In our room, the bedding, towels and shower curtain were all clean. The walls, baseboars and bathroom vent have been overlooked for a long time. The restaurant downstairs is nice and the staff we encountered were lovely.

The staff were lovely, particularly the breakfast team. The room was very small and incredibly cold when I arrived, taking hours to warm up to a reasonable temperature. While the surfaces and bed were clean, the floors were filthy, a build up of dust around the edges and also rose petals which then creates all kinds of images on what I'm sleeping in. The room was also a little bit shabby, with damaged areas. I booked a hot breakfast and requested a vegetarian sausage, the staff were so lovely and helpful but when it arrived it looked like a poop and tasted about the same. Literally the worst veggie sausage I've ever encountered

The pillows are really just soft clouds 😌, the bed is so darn comfy, room is spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. Service is fast and efficient. Hotel is quiet. Price is fair. I highly recommend this Premier Inn Chapel Bar Nottingham, it's convenient for the city and all transport links, many eateries within a few steps of the hotel door.

Excellent location, good cavities, excellent staff but very noisy both outside where extensive building / road work is being undertaken, and noisy inside the hotel if your room is located next to internal storage facilities. Noise is excluded from good night sleep policy so I received no compensation

A good night's sleep, friendly very helpful staff, good breakfast. Clean. Only downside was the huge roadworks going on outside the hotel. Not the hotels fault Avoided the recommended car park as it had terrible reviews. Parked in the NCP carpark which was good and close to the hotel
