Great service, friendly and welcoming. Gary and Lorraine were lots of fun looking after our drinks and dinner needs. Had answers to all our questions, nothing was too much bother. Great central hotel on the canals. Coffee, teas and. All available to grab at reception and restaurant has great options oh, and, NZ Sauv Blanc available.

Excellent stay in the sort of centre of Nottingham not too far from city and very quiet room and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and all the staffs were very friendly. Highly recommend this budget hotel. Rooms are very clean and parking on site as well .

We have stayed here over 20 times over the years, this is our favourite hotel to stay when we come to Nottingham. The hotel is central to the town centre, spotless rooms. We stayed there from 20/6-22 June and was the hottest days of the year so far. The hotel does not offer air conditioning however they did provide a substational fan which manages to keep us cool during the night. There is a club near the hotel, they do play loud music however on a Friday/Saturday the loud music is done by ten pm or just after. So didn’t affect us even though we were directly facing it. The only down thing for us about the hotel is the parking it used to be £3 for a day. Now even with the discount for 2 nights it was still nearly £30! Not really the hotels fault as the car park is owned by a separate company. Would we stay there again!!? Of course. Already booked for December this year.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Nottingham Arena (London Road) for one night, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Nottingham Arena and close to the city centre, making it perfect for events or a quick city break.

Fantastic hotel, always lovely service here. Right by the canal so nice when the suns out for a walk before dinner. Breakfast is always really hot and cokes out quick. I always stay here when I’m in Nottingham as you just can’t beat the service

Don’t stay here! Noise! The venue opposite trades Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with all day raves running 2pm to 11pm, if want some rest request a room on the front. Premiere Inn are aware of the noise but don’t do any thing about. There is the sane issue every week. Their customer services did nothing but to tell me I’d not be getting a refund, which I didn’t ask first. ******.

Very nice hotel , friendly staff. Rooms spacious and clean . Food was excellent in the restaurant, nice and hot , Michelle looked after us which was lovely. Will definitely stay again , thanks Nottingham arena , location excellent for the football , ice arena and city centre
