Grossly overpriced for what you get in May this we booked cottage in the new forest for £100.00 less than this place and we had two bedrooms a lounge dinning room large kitchen with dishwasher two ovens 5 ring hob a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. The most comfortable item at Eiders was the bed, the kitchen was not suitable for cooking a good meal mainly take ways to heat up, no storage for your food the cupboards were full up with kitchen equipment etc, no dishwasher. The bathroom was large with a nice shower but the water pressure was not constant it would pulse giving hot and then warm water, no heated towel rail the towel rail was on the opposite wall to the radiator which did not work. The dinning table chairs are bedroom chairs not suitable for sitting at a table they are to low. The decking balcony overlooked the pond with a nonworking fountain but due to the traffic noise for the main road you could relax out there. I would not recommend this to my family or friends

Great stay, lovely apartment very comfortable.kitchen not too big but ok for breakfast etc. Very close to Cromer and Sheringham and lots of places to visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit North Norfolk. Thanks Simon we wish you well. Geoff and Sue Weir

We have so far stayed in two of their apartments. Both were spotlessly clean, quiet and well appointed with cute decor. The kitchenettes are a little small but sufficiently well equipped to prepare light meals, snacks, drinks etc. Some rooms have a small deck with a bistro table and chairs so you can sit outside and look over the pond. They also have a lovely outdoor swimming pool. Dogs are welcome in quite a few of their rooms and there is a large enclosed exercise area for them which they enjoyed. The owners are lovely and very welcoming. There is plenty of parking and charging points if you have an electric vehicle. A lovely quiet woodland property situated close to the seaside but away from the crowds and noise of the town centre.

Amazing accommodation in Norfolk area. Pool stunning !!! Room also, even that we had a smaller one, it's perfect for 2 people and 2 dogs. Secure large area for dogs running around with BBQ in place to use. 5 min drive to sea and Cromer and 10 min drive to Holt. It's a gem hidden in that part of England. We will be back! For sure♥️

We had a wonderful stay in Aylesbury, large rooms, very clean, everything we needed for a relaxing break. The pool is lovely. Very welcoming hosts. Highly recommend staying here. Close to Sheringham and Cromer for beaches and great pub food.

We were greeted warmly by Odele and everything was explained to us, the accommodation is very nice, very comfortable bed an outdoor seating area, lovely pool. Cromer and Sherringham are within 5 minutes of the property, you feel very relaxed, the owners are there 8f you need them but really just left to relax, lovely stay will recommend.

We stayed at the eiders for 9 days the apartment was beautiful. Super clean and fresh smelt gorgeous inside. Lovely wooded area to look around and lovely grounds. The owners odele and Steve were very welcoming on our arrival and provided extra towels when requested. Lots of kitchen items to eat and drink. Very homely proper comfort and peaceful odele made us feel very welcomed when approaching us on the first day. The only 1 thing I would suggest is perhaps have a softer mattress for the bed as it was very hard for us. The duvet and pillows were perfect the apartment was lovely and warm everyday, the bathrooms were gorgeous too. Highly recommended and would like to come back to your gorgeous hotel again in the future. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We honestly had a lovely time there the peace was just what we needed. Xx

First time to this property, i have to thank odele and simon for a great job there doing to this place absolutly love it here. Self contained apartment with duck pond and a solar heated outdoor pool its so lovely and i will most definately will return here. Highly recomend the eiders from debbie and stephen

Wonderful few days, accommodation clean ,well equipped and spacious. Swimming pool a huge bonus all well maintained.Ideal for dog owners with plenty exercise of areas Simon and Odele perfect hosts.Ideally situated for Holt and Sheringham both are worth a visit, overall highly recommended.
