Premier Inn Northwich South

All staff were very professional and tended to our every need - the rooms were spotless and restaurant staff very friendly. Both breakfast and evening meal were served promptly and presented beautifully - would highly recommend to anyone travelling to the area

On arrival we booked in early, the staff on the front desk weren’t very welcoming, it seemed to be too much trouble for them to deal with us. The room was nice a typical premier room. However the headboard of the bed was located on the wall which had the main entrance door behind. Constant banging all night and what ever was above us there was constant banging, we spoke to the front desk who said they’d move us but they turned out to be full up and we had to stay where we were. There was no goodbye from the staff the morning we left, no I hope you had a good stay, too busy swinging on his chair to actually acknowledge us at all. I won’t come back, but I also guarantee I won’t get any type of acknowledgment from this review. We stay in premier inns a lot when we travel around, I won’t be back to this one.

Needed somewhere for a one night stop over so though we would give this one a try, couldn’t fault the value for money and cleanliness of the room but the stay was not without some problems, despite the sign saying “Do not use the lift in case of fire” there was no lift and the stairs were a struggle. The bed was so high we could have done with a step ladder and the step up into the shower meant that my wife had to give it a miss as it was also high, one of us didn’t sleep well at all with doors banging between 2.00 am and 3.30 am and there was a constant noise of some machine switching itself on and off all night. Breakfast was a mediocre average affair with more choice needed for the continental, for example choice of fruit, cheese, ham etc and the full English was just ok. Unfortunately we will not be making the effort to rush back here, on the plus side we were offered a ground floor room but we had already unpacked.

Booked for family who were visiting us, from out of area. They found their stay to be very pleasant. Their room was spacious, clean, warm and well equipped. Breakfast was well cooked and tasty. Servers were friendly and professional. Will recommend to others.

Great hotel for our business trip, close by to where we needed to be. And Very Easy to find. Smooth check in with no hassle. Excellent friendly and helpful staff, couldn't do enough for you. Good meals in a Great atmosphere, Would use again when in this area

Excellent hotel, would recommend to anyone who is travelling for business or pleasure as it is perfectly located to get into the likes of Chester or Manchester. I stayed here for three nights and the location was perfect for getting me in and out of work whenever I needed. It was also ideal as when I returned I was greeted with nothing less than the perfect hospitality team. They were quick to help me out with whatever I needed and were friendly and easy to talk to. Over the three nights I spent with them, the food was lovely and the rooms were perfect, I couldn’t have asked for anymore and I am extremely happy with my stay here.
