«Sin desayuno, vivo en la habitación ejecutiva 104, no puedo agregar una cama, el hotel está en una buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, niños con un adulto y un niño, hay una cocina abierta. Es decir, la cama tiene una rueda móvil, y cada vez que regresa a la habitación, debe empujar el clip de la rueda en la cama usted mismo, de lo contrario siempre se golpea el tobillo, lo cual no es lo suficientemente bueno.»

Must try the highly sophisticater 2 Fat Indian 5 star resturant at the hotel, located on the 2nd floor. Alternatively, for more privacy and authenticity the hotel concerige can hail a car/cab to chauffeur to the other 2 fat indian restuarnt situated at nearby Mt Lawley, another sophisticste, urban regentrified yuppie yet child friendly establishment.»

«Small rooms but very clean, good bathroom , towels changed daily. Breakfast was included simple but good choice, coffee made to order. Large common sitting area and separate bar/drinks area. Opposite noisy hotel on Saturday and Sunday nights, otherwise good location and good stay»

«The hotel was in a nice location however the room was not a good set up. One of the beds was right next to the bathroom / toilet door which was annoying for the person sleeping in that bed. The sheet on one of the beds had some marks on it. For a two person stay (two beds) we were only given one towel each, I would have expected two towels each for a 4 star rated property. There was a cupboard in our room that was left unlocked and inside was the hot water system, very unprofessional that the cupboard was unlocked and we could see / access it. Also we had to turn the aircon system off as it made such a loud noise that it was impossible to sleep with it turned on. It's an average hotel at best and I expected a lot better for a well known brand that claims it is a 4 star hotel chain.»

«El hotel ofrece habitaciones decentes y confortables, modernas, bien diseñadas y confortables. El servicio de lavabo de la habitación era vacío desde el primer día, y a pesar de su falta notable, no se llenó durante nuestra estancia. No estamos seguros de si esto era una vigilancia o una renuencia a la reserva, pero es algo que podría mejorarse. Con un poco más de atención a estos detalles, la estancia se habría ido sin problemas.»

«Great thing about this place - location. This was a major factor as to why we decided to stay here again, especially having to take a train to work. The moment you step out of the hotel, you can see the entrance to the Perth Underground station. It's also central to a lot of cafes and restaurants (groceries, convenience stores and pharmacies too!). The AC was cold enough and no noise coming from the other rooms. The bed was just a bit uncomfortable as it seemed like they were to separate beds put together and one side was firmer than the other one. It just sucks that you need a credit card to be able to book (for someone who doesn't have one) if you're booking via trip.com/expedia. You are able to use a different card at the hotel if this is something you're also worried about. From what I could understand from the staff, this shouldn't be a problem if you book directly through them. It's just a trip.com/expedia thing. Hopefully you won't have to call their reservation line though - the lady who took my call was so impatient and rude (outsourced staff). The front desk staff was the complete opposite though!! It was unfortunate that we weren't able to check in early as the hotel was fully booked, otherwise, check in/out process was pretty smooth - would definitely consider coming back.»

«The best hotel I've ever stayed in. This place is truly remarkable and I can't recommend it enough. First off, its location is a dream. There are subway stations and bus stops in the vicinity, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. Right downstairs, there's a convenience store where you can easily pick up any essentials you might need. The rooms are nothing short of amazing. Spacious, spotlessly clean, and with a modern, fresh decor. The staff members are always polite and ready to assist. However, it's not without its minor flaws. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. There's a limited variety, and the taste just isn't up to par. Surprisingly, the best thing I had for breakfast was the cereal you can buy in the store. Another odd thing is the absence of a hairdryer in the room. It's quite perplexing considering they provide body lotion to guests and there's even an iron in the room, but not hairdryer? But despite these small issues, they really don't overshadow the overall wonderful experience I had at this hotel.»
