Absolutely terrible quizzed and tried to charge me humiliating me in public for a pre paid room
Room stunk of sick and couldn’t open windows
Finally got moved but room still not good

Good locationg. Easy to go to town center. Facility is also good and clean. Just, room cleaning service should ask every morning. It was good to stay there.

I was travelling alone and had book my stay via internet. On arrival, I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, and he was very discreet with my room key number. The room (15) was on the ground floor and was large. I was disappointed to see that the toilet bowl was dirty - this is a real oversight. Further, one of my bedside lamps did not have a bulb. Both of these are something the housekeepers should have taken care of. Other than that, the room was clean and neat and I had a very good night’s sleep. I genuinely didn’t hear a thing, despite being a city hotel.

This place is so friendly and caring. This trip was my first time being by myself and all the staff was talkative lovely friendly you could have a laugh with them .if you need anything they will help here is a few of there names that helped me through my stay and made me feel welcome and not alone Denzil Emillia Gabby Gayle Glen Lucy These people are brilliant I recommend staying here if you need somewhere to stay wile in Northampton. It close to town and close to many other main stream shop. Thank you for my stay and thank you for being so kind

Do not stay here. The rooms noise insulation is awful. Booked a Plus room. Family above. Constant noise banging feet until after midnight. Started again at 05.30. Can’t blame the family hotel just has terrible noise insulation. Plus the windows don’t open and the air con is like a mouse blowing on you. For a newish Premier Inn very disappointed.

Staff really go above and beyond. Especially Katie Price and Justin. Glenn , Indra, Amiee all fantastic. Amazingly clean and fresh everywhere. Rooms super comfy and well equipped . Have stayed at Travelodge and Holiday Inn No comparison.
