Unit had good facilities, a couple of negatives easily fixed - king bed could have had a topper to make it more comfortable Mop in bathroom as disability bathroom as water spread over the floor easily when showering which made it a slip hazard

Air-conditioning is not working, kettle is plastic and very black (burnt) inside. Paid parking but had no availability. Top service by no response at all both by phone and message.

The location is great. Darleen on the front desk is a real treasure. Helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. The WiFi is pretty bad. I often had to internet tether on my phone.

Stayed here for 5 nights. The original room we were put in was so shabby and had the weirdest window/balcony set up we've ever experienced. ALL windows are covered in a solid opaque film. On the balcony there are 6ft screens also covered in the same product. Nowhere in the unit could you see the outside world, unless you looked up over the screens on the balcony. Was very claustrophopic. Added to that, there are major construction works right outside the window. And the room itself was just shabby, not clean, couches peeling etc. My husband was so disappointed that he was ready to leave immediately if we couldn't have a better unit - they do make you sign something when you check in that says if you leave early you forfeit the entire amount for the stay - so beware! We were able to get another unit which was still shabby and in need of some repair, but at least was on the other side of the building so no construction noise. Still also had the opaque film over all windows and balcony screens so the beautiful city view that another reviewer mentioned is simply a joke. And we stayed in that same room she reviewed! Also, minimal bedding provided. It was cold even though there is a heat pump available, but doesn't reach the bedroom. The barest of crockery etc and cooking items. You'd be hard pressed to be able to cook a meal in the kitchen. I believe they are close to two hospitals so probably the location helps keep their occupancy rate up. The location itself was good - but that was it. VERY average and the window thing just did our heads in - luckily we were out most of the time and didn't have to spend much time there. Won't be back - there are other accommodation options in the same area so do your homework!

While the room overall was okay in terms of size and features, there were some really disappointing aspects. As soon as we walked into the room there was a horrific smell that was like indescribably bad in the whole place. The ‘balcony’ door had been left slightly open which makes me think they knew about the smell and left it anyway. No efforts had been made to use disinfectant or room spray and it was so awful that we aired out the room for hours and had to go out and it still remained for the entire stay so possibly in the walls or vents. There was no way to get assistance as no 24 hour desk. When I went to check out / discuss it in the morning there was no one at the desk despite it being 10 minutes after they were supposedly staffed. I don’t like writing bad reviews so I would chalk this up to being random if it weren’t for the fact that the hygiene standards as a whole were lacking. The shower had plenty of mould built up, the carpets weren’t very clean, everything just felt a bit dirty. The room had decent features overall and wasn’t toooo bad for the price. The only other thing I would say is it is a serious stretch that the room is advertised as a ‘city view’. The only way I could see any city would be to stand on a balcony chair on a specific angle to look behind the building in front. The balcony is covered anyway and the building is behind another building so i’m not sure how you could possibly call it that.

One of our favourite places to stay in Melbourne. Clean, modern, 10 minute walk to the major hospitals, 10 minutes walk to trams that take you to Melbourne cbd. 10 minute walk to the lovely Errol St with abundance of cafes, restaurants, shops, iga etc. Lovely staff. Especially the lovely lady with the blonde hair. She is so welcoming, so friendly and helpful. Always makes our stay much more pleasant. She's definitely an aseest to an already fantastic accommodation. 5 star all the way. Our go to apartment complex when we come to the hospital. Thank you again for a fantastic stay.

Bed was rock hard. Not very clean. NO INFORMATION ON ANYTHING! Door after v you locked it from inside would UNLOCK once you closed it to leave! Leaving your room UNLOCKED! Realised this after day 3!!!! You have to lock it from the outside... Reception only named during business hours... Ie 9am to 5pm. That's it... 1 star for modern apartment. 1 star for location...

Had a great r nights in this apartment. Everything we wanted, well equiped kitchenette, fabulous bathroom, washer/drier, good sized bedroom, sofa, dining table and chairs and a big tv. Secure on site parking is a real bonus and I have to say security was excellent throughout the property. 2 minor negatives, the join in the bed was uncomfortable and I would prefer a single queen mattress. Although I have stayed in acommodation where it was difficult to feel the join. The other area which was a let down was the state of the corridors and lift which appeared not to have been cleaned for a week and certainly not in the 4 days we were there. That said I would certainly stay there again and would recommend to family and friends

This accommodation is just perfect in every way. 5 star!! Beautiful modern, spacious apartments, full kitchen, loungeroom, bedroom, bathroom and europeon laundry and lovely balcony with a beautiful city view :) we have had room 410 twice now and we love it :) onsite parking, underground plus on street parking. lovely staff :) lift access to rooms, could not fault this complex. short walk to the royal womens, royal melbourne and peter mccullum hospitals. tram to to the victorian markets and melbourne CBD , royal childrens hospital and royal melbourne zoo, at either flemington road and also an alternate route at errol st,with beautiful boutique shops, supermarkets (iga and foodworks), library, art centre, chemist warehouse and a multidue of cafes and restaurants, pub, bakery etc , both a 5-10 minute walk. Will definetely return. Thanks for giving us a home away from home whilst i fought cancer twice. :)
