I reserved a king suite, and was checked into a regular king room with no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee pot, not even a table to sit my bag on. The mattress in that room you could feel the springs in it. Upon complaining to the staff, they eventually moved us to a regular king room Where the bathroom door look like it has been kicked in. There were other problems with the room as well. However, it was a better bed in that room. They charge me a $200 convenience fee upon check in. When I ask, why so much, they explained that I would receive it back, which didn’t answer my question. I did receive my deposit back after four days.
