Hotel is right above the mall. Everything is accessible. Clean and worth the money. It was a bit far from the airport but if your business is in North Jakarta, this hotel is a good choice.

Despite the “old” looking/vibe this hotel gave out. I personally think that this hotel is one of the best choice to stay in Kelapa Gading area. It is located right in Mall of Indonesia, in fact, the lobby entrance is just right beside the Mall’s lobby entrance. There are tons of convenient store (Indomaret, Alfamart) nearby. Also, no need to worry should you need to buy foods/other things because it is very easy to access the mall. For the hotel itself, the Aircon is very cold which is nice, amenities are great, hotel staff are all very friendly. Overall it has been such a joyful stay for me. Will definitely re-visit! Thanks.

Booked a Swiss Advantage type room but was informed that the room is exactly the same as the normal rooms, apart from it being located on the high floors. The price difference per night is around S$30, so for those that only comes back at night to sleep it's probably not worth paying more for high floors. I feel that the differences in the room-type can be better communicated to us in your website. The room decor itself is modern and clean. However, some of the furnishings are not well maintained and can see signs of aging. Location is no-doubt the best feature of the hotel, located 15mins drive from the Airport and is directly connected to PIK Avenue Mall. The mall itself is huge, but seems empty. They have the usual brands like Uniqlo and Cinema. Massage places are lacking; we went to Meiso Reflexology (few stalls beside the Cinema). Small stall and basic, but they've nice massages. Check-in was prompt and service was well. Requested for late check-in and was given an hour extension to 1pm. Breakfast variety is decent, but the tastes are lacking. Personally, I'd rather venture out and eat the local delicacies. Nearby the hotel is the PIK market (around 10mins walking distance)

When I checked in, the receptionist said that the room that I booked is on maintenance so they offered me the bigger room with bath tub. Say that I’m ungrateful but, this room didn’t have balcony and sea view meanwhile the room that I booked has balcony and sea view. That’s the reason I go to this hotel to see the sea. So it’s disappointing. The breakfast also bland and lack of variety.

Stayed here while being ill to isolate from family members. the star of this hotel is definitely the staff. from very friendly and supporting receptionists which help you day and night with all the things you might need or ask for to the amazing housekeeping. Budi randha (housekeeper) in particular made this stay so comfortable as he prepared the room quickly, super clean and organized while still leaving a smile on our face with artistic towel figures everyday. In a 1 week isolation with just my BF and I this was a very welcome surprise.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no ofrece una caída de equipaje temprana/almacenamiento de equipaje que es realmente problemático. Espero que mejoren en esto. Otra cosa es la puerta de la ducha, no importa cuán cerrada sea, siempre habrá agua que vaya al suelo de un asiento de baño/senchido. Esto hizo cosas un poco icky porque prefiero un baño seco. ¡Más que eso, maravilloso! se quedaría aquí otra vez

Fast, promptly and excellent staff. Will always be here next time. Hotel inside the mall and near with everythg needed. Upgraded to novotel and so convenient and helpful receptionist guy ( Ibis) when we arrive at night time and telling us softly and politely about the changes and escorting us until to novotel. So sad for his name. we arrive aroud 8 to 9pm.
