Love the supermarket right next to the hotel and there is public bus outside the hotel to go to city center. Typical English breakfast and the food choice is the same every day.
There is a retail park opposite the hotel but only have 4-5 shops like Decathlon, Sport Direct & B&Q etc.

The price matches with the location. However, there was a n used tower leave in the room. The the key card system was down for a long time.

5月25號從倫敦到牛津check in。reception沒有提及任何注意事項。26號上午去shopping前，我們特地囑咐reception書面記錄了讓cleaner打掃房間的注意事項。下午3點回到酒店，被告知房間未打掃，承諾一小時後打掃。當天6點再次返回酒店，被告知缺乏員工人手，沒有人打掃房間。連基本服務都無法提供，不知道這樣的酒店開着做生意有什麼意義？酒店員工也沒有事先告知。網上的好評都是刷出來的。隔音也不好，對面有個倉庫一樣的酒吧，週末晚上開派對，凌晨都在蹦迪，關窗也很大聲，樓都在震。

Whilst surprisingly busy, this is a very nice retreat, especially if you don't want the hustle & bustle of oxford city centre. (However, with the Botley Road closed near Oxford Railway Station, no cars, busses, taxis will be able to ferry you to the city centre so all traffic has to go via the Oxford ring road) rooms very clean and pleasant. The entrance is somewhat awkward to find, especially if coming by car.

We are a family of five (2 adults and 3 younger children) so we booked two rooms. I contacted the hotel in advance requesting two connecting rooms and it was so helpful for us. The check-in was a bit crowded. The parking lot was a bit confusing to navigate because there was only one hotel sign but no clear directions where to park. It was indeed a budget hotel, meaning you get what you paid for. We paid for the internet and it was fine. The breakfast was as expected. Overall, we slept well and had a great stay.

Excellent value for money. Couldn’t fault the service. Easy parking. Easy to get to places and a very good breakfast. Very useful for people staying in Oxford for a few nights. Will consider this again in the future. Much better than our experience in the Premier Inn Cowley.
