The property is very nice , rooms were neat and clean .Loved the downtown location and atmosphere. Service was excellent, and the Room was 5-star". Much recommended place for backpackers and families as well. Staff is super duper friendly

I am incredibly disappointed with Hosteller's handling of my refund for the unlimited breakfast plan. Despite being charged for it, the breakfast offering was limited to just Paratha daily. When I requested healthier options, they were unable to accommodate. The in-charge assured me of a refund within 7 working days and even sent the email himself from my phone. Now, Hosteller is falsely claiming that the area manager rejected my refund and that everything is correct on their end. This is nothing but looting innocent customers. I demand immediate action and my money back.

Amazing service. All of our requirements were taken care of promptly. The ordering and service experience at the restaurant was great too. The rooms were well maintained and using the website for all required services streamlines it all.
