Jacuzzi Room M12 has a private entrance from the main porch. Bedroom is on the small side, but there is a small suite entrance with couch for extra space to put things. Because the room is on the front corner of the main house you hear some noise from the road and cars coming and going in the parking lot, as well as the (expected) snow plow and shoveling in the morning. The king-size memory foam mattress in M12 was not comfortable for me, but as a rule I do not prefer memory foam (it was fine for my husband and may be for others). The biggest problem was loud clicking and banging noises from what we figured was the heat, all night. The owners said they plan to look into this issue. The jacuzzi in the room was great, and we also used the hot tub outside twice (once during the day and once at night). We also appreciated having the brook out back available to snowshoe on a day it was snowing so that we didn't have to drive anywhere in the weather. Everything was very clean, the staff warm and helpful, and breakfast food was excellent both mornings. A nice place to stay away from the busy downtown but still close to everything.

Enjoyed a quiet stay at Cranmore Mountain Lodge. Flexible check-in hours with a good continental breakfast available through most of the morning made it a very convenient place to stay. The bedroom and the bathroom were both spotless, and I would look forward to staying here again on my next trip through the area.
