Great hotel in a friendly spot. Nice and spacious.

After a long travel day we arrived at around 8pm, checked in and received our keys. We were 4 adults and had paid the additional amount for 4 people. I was given the sheets for the pull out at the reception. Arrived to the room and there was 1 small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion each for 4 people! Whatever asked for more and got more. When I took out the cover for the sofa bed from the cabinet, it was all filled with holes (see pictures). The bathtub was leaking and rusty (pictures). There was only one extra pillow in the dresser, I went to ask for another one and was told each room is supplied with a number of pillows and can not have more. First time I ever hear that at any hotel!! The most shocking experience that night was we received a call at 11PM for the reception to bring a paper to the front desk that I had mistaken taken at check-in and they just realized. Yes they called as 3 hours later right when we were about to sleep. The front desk had multiple chances to ask for the paper when i went to ask for supplies. I thought that I had seen the worst of it and the next day would be better. I was wrong. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am. We went around 9am, almost everything was empty and had to ask them to fill it. I mean everything, the milk, eggs, waffle batter, the syrup, the cream cheese, the cups. The reason I didn't complain is because from the responses and multiple events, you can really tell that it was a management issue and not the employees. They were just doing what they were told. Thank God it was only one night and I will for sure not be back. Honestly, my suggestion is spend a little more for an alot better experience.
