Great hotel in a friendly spot. Nice and spacious.

After a long travel day we arrived at around 8pm, checked in and received our keys. We were 4 adults and had paid the additional amount for 4 people. I was given the sheets for the pull out at the reception. Arrived to the room and there was 1 small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion each for 4 people! Whatever asked for more and got more. When I took out the cover for the sofa bed from the cabinet, it was all filled with holes (see pictures). The bathtub was leaking and rusty (pictures). There was only one extra pillow in the dresser, I went to ask for another one and was told each room is supplied with a number of pillows and can not have more. First time I ever hear that at any hotel!! The most shocking experience that night was we received a call at 11PM for the reception to bring a paper to the front desk that I had mistaken taken at check-in and they just realized. Yes they called as 3 hours later right when we were about to sleep. The front desk had multiple chances to ask for the paper when i went to ask for supplies. I thought that I had seen the worst of it and the next day would be better. I was wrong. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am. We went around 9am, almost everything was empty and had to ask them to fill it. I mean everything, the milk, eggs, waffle batter, the syrup, the cream cheese, the cups. The reason I didn't complain is because from the responses and multiple events, you can really tell that it was a management issue and not the employees. They were just doing what they were told. Thank God it was only one night and I will for sure not be back. Honestly, my suggestion is spend a little more for an alot better experience.

We stayed here for a few days to attend a graduation event. Location wise it is easy to find, about 10 minutes by car for all major towns, events and shops in the area. Parking lot entrance can use some work, also it is located directly next to a Dunkin Donuts so that is handy. Check in was great, and very friendly. The room, everything was in great shape, with plenty of amenities, towels etc. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker all present. Breakfast, very nice set up, plenty of choices. The breakfast area is not that big, so crowding can be of an issue. The kept up with food supply as well as keeping it clean. Very friendly breakfast staff. Overall, it was a very nice stay. The staff was great and very courteous to all customers. I did leave some items and had to get them shipped back. | Sam and the GM were very accommodating dealing with my forgetfulness even during a busy Memorial Day weekend. I appreciate their assistance. In short, good stay, good rooms, great satff.

This property is fairly easy to find as it's located right off the highway. The lot offers ample parking and allows for easy offloading, using their baggage carts. Check in went smoothly, aside from the every-other-day housekeeping schedule (???). The front desk and lobby were neat. The dining area looked neat however the lights were off there throughout our 4-night stay. Also, there was a small microwave in the lobby, near the 24/7 coffee/tea cart. Second floor balcony offers an excellent view of the gorgeous chandelier below. The "business center" is one computer terminal with a sign over it turning users away, due to Mr. Rona. 😒 Our suite faces the parking lot and highway. Noise didn't bother us at all, however parking in the front with a sensitive car alarm may kill your battery from the highway noise. The suite is LOVELY. The bathroom was clean, standard and was fully stocked with tons of towels. The suite has tons of mirrors, which is kind of cool. The kitchenette area features a mini fridge, a microwave an airplane restroom-size sink and a couple cupboards. The in-room hot tub was clean however jet pressure was nil...so disappointing as it was the sole reason we booked this suite. We always bring our PPE and cleaning supplies so it can't be that the jets were clogged, they simply don't do enough. The chaise lounger felt sort of worn and looked a bit dated. A blanket and a guest pillow easily cured that and my partner watched several movies in it. Regardless, it's a lovely touch to the room. The two phones in the suite are also a nice touch, one bedside and the other on the desk. Additionally, there SO MANY outlets!! There are at least 6 outlets, including usb ports, beside the bed alone...plus the desk, and the bathroom and the kitchenette area. The bed is large and quite comfortable. We especially appreciated the five versus typical 3 pillows as well as the 2 GUEST pillows in the drawers. "Free breakfast" is a Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich in a paper bag distributed by the front desk staff member and the previously mentioned 24/7 mediocre coffee/tea cart. Overall, the suite was clean, really spacious and quite enjoyable. I'm a homebody so it was the perfect escape, whether we stayed in (which is ALWAYS my preference) or went shopping, dining or simply exploring the hundreds of local places. We love this property and will likely return.

We made this reservation about two weeks earlier and the day before we were to head out I was unable to go with my wife. She had booked the room using our points so I called and ask if I needed to make any changes due to the fact I was not able to go and the points are off my account. I was assured no issues when my wife arrived at 10:00 on Friday night after being up before 5:00 that morning she was informed that it is their policy not corporate the person who the points are in their name must be present . So I call corporate to see if I can fix the issue after 1 hour and 20 minutes they could not get my points retrieved not book me a room with in 30 minutes of this motel. I went through 3 no costumer service ladies that couldn’t speak English. I was told at least 30 times how sorry they were and how they understood what I was going through? I am hoping that Monday I will get someone at choice who understand a customer who spends between 150 and 200 nights in a motel should be treated. My issue with this motel is they have a unpublished policy that they enforce at their will and corporate has no control over how they treat their guests. Who would leave a 65 year old lady out in the cold who had reservations. Sent from my iPhone
