Very bad experience. The services are not up to the mark and the staff of this hotel are very greedy for money. I had an incredibly disappointing and nightmarish experience during my two-night stay at this hotel. We requested their travel desk staff to advise good shopping mall for shopping some clothes and craft items but they pushed us for some Dilli haat cottage emporium. We wanted to speak with them about some monuments tour but he was interested to send us only to do shopping at that place. without our wish we were driven till place, when we told chauffeur to take us any good mall or any open market he refused and stated your package is till Dilli haat only, upon coming back their travel desk guy took picture of our bill, I don't know why, may be there has some mutual collusion of money between them. This hotel is beautiful but their service is worst, upon checking out i complained to the lobby manager for same concern and asked to introduce myself with manager of concierge then he stated they don't have any concierge manager but he will take my complaint forward. This was shocking news for me as traveller because every 5 star hotel keep concierge for guest because concierge provide tailored recommendations and advise but they are saving their money and They don't care about their customers, their drivers and travel desk people are there to cheat the customers and fill their pockets.
