Bad experience with Room maintenance - I informed the housekeeping staff to clean the room as I left in the morning, later when arrived in the evening everything remained as it was. Bath towels not changed, hand towels not provided, House keeping staff do not understand any language other than Hindi, I had to ask for the necessities, Even room service - dinner plates were not cleared. Shampoo/conditioner/handwash containers were over. I work late in US time, only 2 normal tea & bru sachets were provided, no options of variants of Tea like green tea etc. Informed the staff at reception, later Supervisor Bablu came over and checked and cleaned the place and provided all necessary stuff. I feel there was shortage of staff . He was very understanding and was providing guidance to his staff. Morning breakfast is very basic, stuff was cold, Ginger in Bangalore , whitefield was better, this place at Noida sector133 very bad experience. Breakfast - Vivek,vikas, Tident, Prakar really managed well though the Breakfast was not that great. Veg/ non veg sections not different. Reception - staff are really slow in handling things. I thank the Bablu for smooth stay.
