Nice dinner, definitely get the chargrilled pork as main, juicy and tender, the sauce worked perfectly with the rice and the meat! I was a bit disappointed that I have to leave early and missed the breakfast to get to the airport, however they prepared me a onigiri bento breakfast to bring along, truly amazing and appreciated.

We requested for futon Room during booking and our request were fulfilled, happy with this. We were allowed to park our car in the carpark an hour earlier before check in which is a plus for their service. Hotel provided snow brush for cars. Servants are helpful and always greeting. Our futon beds are neatly ready to lay when we're back from dinner. Overall cleanliness is good. Public pool is good experience for my kids especially during snowing. We are happy with the buffet dinner and breakfast purchased during booking.

Great location. Very clean hotel perhaps the cleanest we’ve so far for this trip. Staff are nice and helpful. The dinner and breakfast buffet are great. Downside is that one onsen pool is rotate between male and female so the date we stay it’s male pool and cannot be used.

乾淨舒適，空間比想象中的inn要大，跟朋友兩個24寸行李箱完全沒問題。 提供日式浴衣和坎肩背心，如果抗凍的話，可以直接換上浴衣和木屐步行到對面第一滝去泡湯。 泡湯有室內池子和室外池子，我們是12月初去的，還沒積雪，如果一月份有積雪的話應該會更美。 離地獄谷步行幾分鐘就到了，整個登別温泉街走完也就10分鐘左右吧。 第一晚入住的時候，到達時間是晚上7點多了，公交車衹停到登別温泉站，需要自己拖行行李上坡10分鐘左右，所以儘量5點前到達吧，公交可以達到第一滝車站，能省很多體力。 早餐，可以樓下bakery麪包和咖啡，也可以去711買回酒店吃。

6년 전쯤 방문 후 그 당시 모든 면에 만족했던 게 기억에 남아 다시 방문하였습니다. 이번 숙박 때 음식, 온천, 직원분들의 친절함 등에 모두 만족하였습니다. 저는 개인적으로 노보리베츠 온천마을 내 숙소 중 보로 노구치가 최상이라고 생각합니다. 그러나 이런 제 생각이 잘못된 걸 수도 있다고 생각이 든 일이 있었는데 방안에 있는 탕을 이용하고 있는데 물에 때 같은 게 보여서 온천 욕조 안에 담겨져 있던 물을 다 내려버리고 다시 물을 받으려고 하다가 그 불순물이 뭔지 알게 되었습니다. 첨부한 사진 보시면 아시겠지만 모래였습니다..... 물에 섞여서 생긴 게 아닌 시설물의 노후 및 관리 미흡으로 인한 것으로 보였습니다. 개인적으로 정말 아쉬운 부분이었습니다. 최고의 온천물, 식사, 직원들의 친절함이 있으나 이것들을 반감시키는 노후 및 관리 미흡은 시설은 꼭 개선됐으면 합니다. 다음 방문 때는 이런 부분이 없었으면 합니다.

The service was excellent. We enjoyed the dinner very much. The sashimi are so great and sumptious!!

La suite con un asno privado era maravillosa.El champú de pelo también era bueno para mi pelo.Sólo no puedo encontrar ningún producto de cuidado de la piel/facial (limpeza facial, loción facial) en la habitación.Pero la ubicación es buena, El 7-eleven justo delante del hotel,u siempre puede conseguir algo allí.Y caminar a distancia a esos lugares turísticos.La cena y el desayuno son tan sólo, - ¿Qué?
