We really did not like this place. The cottages are nice, the scenery is beautiful, and the rooms were very clean, but the service is absolutely terrible. It feels like guests are simply not welcome there. The restaurant deserves a separate mention. The food was just awful, yet the prices were like in an expensive restaurant. When we asked simple questions about the dishes, the waiters, with unhappy faces, tried to make changes but failed. We barely managed to get some sauce for the French fries. They just couldn’t understand that fries usually come with sauce, even when we showed it on a translator. In the end, they only brought us salt. The spring rolls were served with unpeeled shrimp, the fried rice had large pieces of garlic with the skin still on, and the bread we had for breakfast was moldy. Luckily, we stayed here only for two nights, and we couldn’t wait to leave, because there is nothing around the hotel—no cafés or restaurants nearby where you could order proper food. Another huge disappointment was the insect problem. Even though the rooms were very clean, the hotel does absolutely nothing to treat them against insects in the bathrooms. All of the hotel towels were full of tiny ants. We couldn’t use them at all. Even when they replaced the towels the next day, the ants immediately appeared again, making them completely unusable. Getting to the room is another problem. You need to cross a pontoon bridge with two steep stairways. If you have luggage, prepare to carry it yourself. The hotel staff will only help with one bag at most. We had five bags and two suitcases, and had to carry everything on our own. There isn’t even a path to roll the suitcases, which might be acceptable for an eco-hotel, but we were not ready for that. To make things worse, while my wife, kids, and I were struggling with the heavy bags across the pontoon bridge, a hotel employee was standing nearby with a cocktail in his hand, smiling and watching us, without even offering to help. Another shocking incident happened at the pool. We were sitting by the pool, eating ice cream, and put the wrappers temporarily on the sunbeds. One of the staff immediately came over and told us that we had to clean it up ourselves, that they would not do it for us. Of course, we always clean up after ourselves, but the way this was said was extremely rude and disrespectful. Overall, it feels like this hotel simply has no staff. We stayed there for two days, and during that time, not a single person approached us to check if we needed anything. The lack of service, the insect problem, the awful food, and the unhelpful attitude made this one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. 我们非常不喜欢这家酒店。小木屋本身还不错，景色也很漂亮，房间也非常干净，但服务简直糟糕透顶。感觉酒店根本不欢迎客人。 餐厅更是另一个大问题。食物非常难吃，但价格却和高档餐厅一样贵。当我们对菜品提出一些简单的疑问时，服务员一脸不情愿地尝试做出改变，但完全没有成功。我们好不容易才要到薯条的酱料。他们完全不理解薯条需要配酱料，即使我们用翻译器给他们看也是无济于事。最后他们只端来了一些盐。春卷里面放着没有剥壳的虾，炒饭里有带皮的大蒜，早餐的面包竟然发霉了。幸好我们只在这里住了两晚，我们迫不及待想要离开，因为酒店周围什么都没有，根本找不到可以点餐的咖啡馆或餐厅。 另一个令人非常失望的问题是昆虫。虽然房间很干净，但酒店完全没有对浴室做任何防虫处理。所有的酒店毛巾上都爬满了小蚂蚁，我们根本无法使用。即便第二天换了新的毛巾，蚂蚁立刻又出现了，使这些毛巾完全不能用。 到房间本身也是个难题。你必须走过一座浮桥，上下还有两个陡峭的台阶。如果你有行李，就要自己搬。酒店员工顶多帮你拿一件行李。我们有五个包和两个行李箱，只能自己全部搬过去。酒店连一条可以推行李箱的路都没有。虽然这在生态酒店里可能算正常，但我们完全没有做好心理准备。更过分的是，当我和妻子、孩子们一起艰难地搬运行李过浮桥时，一个酒店员工手里拿着鸡尾酒，就站在旁边微笑着看我们，甚至都没有提出帮忙。 在泳池边还发生了一件令人震惊的事情。我们坐在泳池边吃冰淇淋，把包装纸暂时放在躺椅上。这时一名工作人员马上走过来，对我们说这些垃圾要自己收拾，他们不会替我们做。其实我们当然会自己清理，但他说话的方式极其粗鲁和不礼貌。 总的来说，这家酒店就像没有员工一样。我们住了两天，没有任何一个人主动来关心过我们的需求。糟糕的服务、防虫问题、难以下咽的食物以及员工冷漠的态度，让这成为我们经历过的最差的酒店之.

Perfect stay surrounded by nature We had a wonderful stay! We looked for something outside the city, more nature and silence. The waterfall was also really nice but it's a heavy walk :). The food was good and the bungalow was really really nice, spacious and sitting outside and just enjoy the nature was so calming. The way to the resort isn't that nice but with a Grab or Shuttle it's about 25mins from Nha Trang. We would come again definitely! The staff was also really helpful and friendly and organized us a Shuttle both way for a better price then with Grab. Thanks, we enjoyed it!
