For upgrade from level two to level 3. Hotel guests are very hardworking, breakfast variety can be improved. Good coffee in the morning. Room can be more luxuarious besides the nice shampoo. Sofa, toilet curtains and window curtains are abit old and dusty.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

酒店位置很棒。房間都正對瀘沽湖和格姆女神山。房間設施都很齊全，裝修全木，還有獨一份的真火壁爐。管家們的服務非常棒，車接車送，服務非常在線甚至超出預期。酒店的餐廳菜品很好吃，一天三頓都在酒店吃的。感謝管家們用心的接待，還會再來呢！

被小紅書上敍舊山海事酒店大堂的一扇窗吸引而來，正對格姆女神山，點綴蒲葦，草坪、瀘沽湖，天氣給力，原圖直出就是一幅絕美油畫🖼️服務員都很親切周到，耐心講解設施使用，這個季節去的人不多，感覺有兩三個管家為我們服務！提供下午茶☕️和周邊接送服務，推薦我們早上9:30出發去愛情碼頭坐豬槽船，酒店優惠價130元/人包船服務。房間內空間比較緊湊，特色是有大大的陽台觀景，也是正對女神山！提供的免費旅拍服務，第二天下午才約上，雖然已經退房，但酒店小哥哥依然接送我們來拍照📷好評！除了酒店客人是不對外的！

在瀘沽湖的幾天很不幸一直在下雨 非常感謝管家們不厭其煩地接送我們去村子裏吃飯 明知有晨霧的可能性不大 還6點多就送我們去碼頭賭晨霧 民宿房間非常精緻漂亮 還給我們升級了房型 早晚餐都很好吃

酒店現在又到蘆葦季，穿過一片蘆葦到達酒店公區看到女神峯，景色很贊，秋天的氛圍感十足。酒店送了下午茶，無限續杯那種，帶着小朋友，本來加床要錢，但是給免了加床費還朵贈送了一份早餐。特別點贊店長服務，臨行還特別送上了酒店準備的手信。
