A True 5-Star Experience We had a fantastic two-night stay at Lugu Lake Arabella Lake View Manor. We booked 3 first floor rooms and were delighted to receive complimentary room upgrades to the second and third floors upon arrival. The service from all staff were excellent and genuinely welcoming. The staff helped us bring our luggage to our rooms and back down when we checked out. The hotel's thoughtful amenities, such as the free pickup service and the complimentary afternoon tea with snacks and drinks, made our visit both convenient and relaxing. This was a wonderful experience combining a beautiful location with outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel. 谢谢诗祺管家和其他的管家 😀.

We had an incredibly short but very comfortable stay at this hotel. Although our time here was limited, every moment was enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised and very lucky to have one of our rooms upgraded to a lake view room. The view was absolutely stunning and truly added something special to our stay. Unfortunately, due to our tight itinerary, we had to miss breakfast. However, we did have the opportunity to try the dinner at the restaurant. We ordered the fried rice and the stir-fry mushroom with pork, and both dishes were incredibly flavourful. Based on how good the dinner was, we are confident that the breakfast would have been excellent as well. The staff also kindly helped us carry our luggage up the stairs without any complaint. Their warmth and helpful attitude made our short stay even more pleasant. Overall, despite our brief visit, we left with a very positive impression.
