The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay. With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!"
