The Holiday Inn lobby is accessible from the parking lot, but you need to walk further in to check into the private hot spring. If it's raining, you can arrange for a shuttle bus in advance. During this trip, the Holiday Inn and the restaurants nearby weren't open yet, which surprised us at first. However, the lobby manager quickly served us coffee and helped us call a taxi—thank you!"
