Coastal Grand Resort - Ooty

The worst every resort. We had booked for 3 days and checked out the next day due to-- No electricity in the rooms inspite of changing the room twice. No water in the other room, cow dung was every where, not even water was served to us in the room inspite of running to the reception three times in rain as they didn't even have the intercon facility. Bedsheets were stained and dirty, curtains were full of algae and black and when they shifted us to another room even the urine was there on the toilet seat and hotel staff was like helpless. Worst ever so far in the history of my travel. We had booked for 3 days and had checked out the next day only. Never ever book with them if you really want to enjoy your trip and don't want to live in a cow dung place. Worst people, worst management, worst property. Shame on you coastal grand for ruining our trip and scamming the people by showing the fake pictures of your property on internet. They are doing to take money from you as after check out the next day only, we had asked to refund our remaining 2 days booking amount as we had booked for 3 days and they had the audacity to refuse. Shame on them fraudsters. Shame on you coastal grand.

Food not good and no heater no tv. No service boy, no hot water, wasteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

The room i got and it's not worth it. It was just 1000- worth room. This room is not suitable for families. This property can only serve the purpose of bed. We can't expect anything else from this. Just by seeing the photos uploaded by the owner and book the room. Because, there is lot of difference between the photos i saw before booking and real fact after i visited. Even i struggle a lot to take bath in the morning without hot water. I used kettle to make the hot water. Just think how horrible this is in the ooty temperature. Also, i told them to recharge the tv, but they didn't do it. Also they given the drinking water after we asked them. They don't have proper hotel culture. Coming to room environment, everything is broken. Window glass, main door lock. Bathroom lock, inside door handle. It's so horrible.
