I was travelling with my husband and 3 year old kid for 2 nites to Ooty and booked this villa....Worst experience for paying for a such a huge amount ..... Coordinator was pathetic... Location was extremely inside, we actually requested police *** to allow us in that area....... Cleanliness, hygiene and room condition was pathetic.... Washroom was stinking bad, no toiletries , glass was dirty.... Flies inside the room.... AC was not working... Room was claustrophobic cz no ventilation no proper fans system ..... My kid was sweating whole nite cz no fans or AC ... We spoke to coordinator Ms. ANU immediately but she said she will fix it tomorrow and we need to adjust tonite.... we asked her if still the AC is not working than she said ...We told her that we will stay here tonite and request you to refund the 2nd nite amount ... She SAID said it's NON REFUNDABLE....she can only do the favour of refunding 1k as amount we paid 16k for two nites... We told her it will not be possible to stay as my we are not comfortable with the room condition... ANU said it's our choice but AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.... We checkout from this villa immediately next morning... I am suprise that such people or villas chains are working here were GUEST are told TO ADJUST even though we are paying for it. We told her that we will put the consumer fraudulent case on ANU and villa farms to make sure NO OTHER CUSTOMERS are fooled around........
