Serendipity Bed and Breakfast

Hosts are the sweetest. The home is very tastefully decorated; chrome, showers and floors shine and is in the right place! Rarely seen this level of cleanliness. Confortable beds and every amenities you could need, they thought of everything. And the food was exquisite! Every place setting and every dish a work of art. We already boomed our next stay!

Wow, most amazing BnB I have stayed in. The house is beautiful and I felt very at home and comfortable staying there. It was super close to the bike rentals, so we were able to bike to the wineries. The hosts were absolutely phenomenal, giving us everything we needed and more. They were so friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing conversations and I left feeling full of love. The breakfast was also out of this world. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

An incredible couple who have thought of the little things to make your stay more memorable, from the Soft Towels and robes to the warm and comfortable bed. we had such amazing stay with Jody and Bruno. They go above and beyond with their incredible breakfasts and try to help plan your day depending what your interested in doing that day. we will be rebooking with Jody and Bruno if we ever are at Niagara on the Lake.

Our visit to Serendipity was one of the highlights of our fall! Jodi and Bruno are amazing hosts and we truly felt right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were spoiled with amazing breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

We were visiting NOTL to attend plays at the Shaw Festival and we lucked into reservations at Bruno and Jodi’s beautiful b&b. Our room and bath definitely lived up to its name Oasis. And each morning we were treated to a delicious gourmet breakfast. They were also great ambassadors for the area, charting a delightful driving/walking tour of NOTL for us as well as mapping out the locations of their favorite wineries. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations for lunch and dinner. And, when it was time to leave, they assisted us in finding a UPS store for shipping back our purchases that happened to be near a very nice outlet mall. We could not have been happier with our stay at Serendipity and with our delightful hosts!

We enjoyed the most perfect stay at Serendipity. In terms of amenities Serendipity provides everything a traveller might need - soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, plenty of power sockets, etc, but really the magic lies with the added touches Serendipity offers. Extremely thoughtful extras like plenty of chilled bottles of water, robes, facial wipes and non-invasive night lights (which helpfully light the way if you need to venture during the night) as well as high quality linens and towels, and an extremely comfortable bed and pillows, made our stay absolutely perfect. In terms of our hosts, we really couldn't have wished for better. Jodi and Bruno were wonderful. They both put a great deal of effort to welcome us and make our stay memorable - from the plans they helped us make for our short stay, and the love and talent evident in the food Jodi prepared for us for breakfast (we're still thinking about those pecan muffins!) we left feeling like we had been looked after by family. Jodi and Bruno even indulged our demand to spend time with their gorgeous sheepadoodle Shaggy, who isn't allowed in any of the guest areas of the property (he lives in Jodi and Bruno's residence) so we had to organise an outdoors visit with him by special request :) We can't write enough to say how much we enjoyed our short stay, but we really did have a 'brilliant' time and we're already thinking about when we can come back to stay at Serendipity again. Wonderful experience at Serendipity! Jodi and Bruno were excellent hosts providing every detail you could wish for! The breakfasts were simply scrumptious! Our hosts provided a wealth of information about the area which was essential for our first time in the area. Most dining experiences were within walking distance which was wonderful. We look forward to coming back!

Our entire stay was amazing! The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The amenities and care they put into the room were top notch. Jodi and Bruno are incredibly welcoming and are the sweetest. The breakfast they made for us was 10/10, an amazing french toast and soufflé. We want to plan another trip to Niagara just to stay here again. Thank you!

My husband and I had never stayed at a B&B before and now after our stay at Serendipity, I don't see how we could ever stay anywhere else ever again! Absolutely everything at Serendipity - from the gourmet breakfast served in the excellently appointed dining room to the cozy, thoughtfully decorated bedroom - were top notch. Attention to detail and consideration to guests was evident at every turn. Jodi and Bruno made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door to the moment we left. They took the time to get to know us, help us with food recommendations, map out a beautiful bike path for us the cycle, and even provided us with hot tea in the evening when we mentioned we like to end our night with a cup. Thank you for making our 10th anniversary trip extra special. It was a getaway we will never forget!
