We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

El hotel es un hotel excelente con vistas al techo en el nivel 40. Los ascensores son un poco confusos y desearían que me hubieran dicho antes o que me hubieran mostrado una señal. Buen desayuno, tranquilo pero fácil acceso a todo. ¡Es increíble tener una habitación libre de humo y una política de hotel libre de humo! Pero necesitan hacer el check-out más rápido y más eficiente - se le pidió esperar 10 minutos para comprobarlo!

A most pleasant surprise! The first impression isn't much: The hotel lobby is decorated with cheap-quality rattan furniture, and it isn't even air-conditioned. However, the room turns out to be very nice: Well equipped with all the basic comforts one would need, including a frig, good-connection Wi-Fi, a reclining rattan sofa with ottoman, bath robe, plus a small balcony with a coffee table and two chairs and a good view of the South China Sea. The location of the hotel is also quite nice, lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, and a 5-minute walk to the beach and water front. The staff is most friendly, and try their very best to be helpful, even though most of them do not understand English too well. The electrical outlets near the desk aren't designed properly, but the problem is fixed soonest I have informed the Front Desk. Breakfast is average, but fair enough. Just two minor negative points: 1) Breakfast is until 09:30, but they staff would start turning off both the lights as well as air-conditioning at around 09:15 even though there are still guests eating; and 2) the Laundry List is in both Vietnamese and Russian, no English! It is apparent that the hotel must have housed lots of Russian guests in the past, but perhaps now is the time to have English included as well. All in all, a great value for the money; I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Spa no hemos visitado todavía, pero los stands son un 30% descuento. Las habitaciones no son grandes en general, pero todo lo necesario es - rayos, muñecas de goma, incluso tobillos. Está limpio. La habitación es bastante amplia. Debido a que se encuentra justo enfrente de la playa, se puede llegar a la playa a través de un pasaje subterráneo. Hay dos clubes famosos justo enfrente. La azotea también tiene una gran vista. Creo que sería bueno saber que se convierte en un club después de las 10 p.m. Hay mucha gente hablando de ascensores, pero el ascensor en sí se mueve muy rápido y te enferma. Sin embargo, hay muchos clientes durante las horas pico de desayuno, por lo que hay que esperar un poco a pesar de que la velocidad del ascensor es rápida. Quizás porque la habitación era grande, el wifi no funcionaba bien en la cama cerca de la ventana. El desayuno no es grande, pero es justo lo que necesitas y todo sabe bien. Estoy completamente satisfecho porque prefiero las cosas que tienen de todo y sabor a las cosas que tienen mucha variedad y nada de sabor. En términos generales, el restaurante del segundo piso es solo para huéspedes chinos y el del tercer piso se recomienda para otros huéspedes. Podrás disfrutar del desayuno de forma tranquila y ordenada. 100% intención de volver a visitar.

We visited Nha Trang in April ‘23, and thanks to our travel agent, he had booked us at the Melia Vinpearl Empire for 2 nights. It was the best hospitality we have experienced in a very long time. Having been a part of the industry for over a decade ourselves, it just felt amazingly refreshing and soulful to be treated so wonderfully. The white themed lobby and rooms reminiscent of a medieval yet modern Spanish era, the super clean and comfortable rooms. The brilliant view of the South China Sea from the balcony and the great food all nothing short of surreal. Special mentions to the staff at the hotel, specially Miss Iris, their Guest Experience Manager for being extremely warm, courteous and helpful and taking extra care by going out of her way to make sure we had the best time ever and also making sure my wife was well taken care of as she was unwell. Food choices being a little restrictive, Iris and the team of Chefs decided to do a special seafood preparation for us which I think was a very good gesture. They also got us free tickets to the Vinwonder land.. FOR ALL 5 OF US. it was an amazing experience. All in all, a great place to stay. If you’re in Nha Trang, you need to be at Melia. Thanks to the team for making our stay an experience to remember for a lifetime

La ubicación es bastante impresionante. Cerca de la playa (a solo 30 segundos a pie), cerca de la zona comercial. Y hay una tienda de conveniencia en la planta baja, que es perfecta para nosotros. El personal también es amable y agradable. La vista es mi favorita. Podemos ver el mar cuando nos levantamos todos los días. Sin embargo, el baño puede ser el principal defecto. El agua de la ducha se esparce fácilmente al piso, lo que lo hace muy húmedo y resbaladizo. Y la potencia del agua no es lo suficientemente fuerte.

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .
