The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Everything was good. Location, swimming pool, breakfast.
Except 2 things.
First. You can check in not earlier than 2 pm. We came there at 7 am, because we had a night plane. We wanted to have a rest, but reception workers told, that it's impossible to check in earlier than 2 pm....
Second. Air conditioning in the room worked unstable. I tried to call the reception workers, but the line was busy all the time. So, I went there by myself, the worker came after 10 minutes. But he didn't fix anything. He just gave me advice to take out and put in back electric card. Seems like they need to fix some electrical problems, but they don't want or think that it's not a big problem.
And the third thing. A lot of Chinese people. And they are very noisy and loud. In the reception hall, in the hotel's restaurant, in the elevator. I felt myself look like in the street market. Totally impolite behaviour.
Will I stay here next time? Probably not. Too noisy!!
And fix air conditioning system, please. 25-th floor. So, another people will enjoy staying at your hotel more.

Buena ubicación, justo enfrente de Lotte mart y no lejos de la playa. Hotel totalmente NEW!! Personal y su operación también totalmente NEW!! No profesional de alguna manera. No recomiendo quedarte al lado del mar porque es realmente caliente. ¡El aire acondicionado en la habitación no es lo suficientemente bueno, incluso si se mantiene la temperatura a 16 C, pero todavía HOT!! Así el hotel proporciona Fan como foto adjunta 🙄🙄🙄

El hotel es muy agradable y los buffets de comida son deliciosos. Me disfruté de mi estancia allí. El único problema es que no permiten traer comida y bebidas de fuera. Beber y comida pueden ser caros y no vendieron snacks como chips. También es bastante trabajo llegar a la tierra principal.

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

La habitación tiene un poco de edad, pero la conservación es buena. La actitud del servicio es buena, el desayuno es bueno y la fruta es fresca. Además, decidimos tomar el hotel, y se olvidaron...Estaba muy enojado, el hotel dijo que la devolución de los gastos. Después de llegar, hemos actualizado el tipo de habitación y hemos reducido el costo de un niño y hemos dado un trayecto de automóvil para el nuevo hotel... Está bien 😂 Pero el hotel es muy caro para comer a la cerca del puerto.

En estos momentos estoy en taxi que me lleva del Gran Meliá Nha Trang hacia el aeropuerto y ya siento añoranza de todos los integrantes de este gran hotel. Me pongo a escribir una reseña que por mis sentimientos actuales me es difícil, voy a intentarlo: Este hotel recién inagurado y en proyecto continuo que no deberías de dejar de disfrutarlo. Dispone de habitaciones muy amplias con todo tipo de lujo, techos altos, alta tecnología donde podrás disfrutar de Netflix, you tube, etc. Tres playas privadas con socorrista, en una de ellas dispone de un Onsen. Tres restaurante, uno japonés, un español y el último internacional. Dispone de un SPA y gimnasio, ambos muy bien acondicionados y personal muy profesional. Al desayuno no le falta de nada, incluso encontrarás el tan preciado aceite de oliva, tortilla de patatas, churros con chocolate y también puedes pedir a la carta. Disponen de bicicletas para que puedas moverte con agilidad por el recinto, además de servicio de pequeños coches eléctricos que te traen y llevan dentro del recinto. Lugar muy adecuado para parejas y familias, incluso convenciones. Algunas de las habitaciones tienen una gran piscina privada, incluso con jacuzzi y con vistas al océano o jardín. El personal es como en todo el país, muy amable y servicial, estando dispuesto hacer cualquier cosa para que tus vacaciones sean inolvidables. Todos ellos dominan el inglés por lo que te puedes comunicarte fácilmente. Los menús de los restaurantes los encuentras en tres idiomas, Vietnamita, Inglés y Español. Si quieres disfrutar de un cóctel puedes elegirlo o dejarte llevar por el barman. Yo suelo utilizar mucho a Meliá para mis viajes y puedo decir que este gran proyecto que están realizando tiene un buen futuro, en la actualidad ya lo es, pero hay que conservarlo. Si he de poner una pega es que por la falta de turismo en el país, hay pocos huéspedes pero esta situación también puede llegar a ser positiva ya que se respira tranquilidad. Mi visita ha sido en Enero del 2024 y como el hotel estaba en reformas de expansión puede que exista algún servicio añadido desde mi estancia. Debo agradecer a TODO el personal el trato que recibí, en especial a Teddy, Hoan y Elena.

PPavelLa mayoría de las habitaciones son buenas - la habitación está bien, la vista es hermosa. Algunas pinturas en el piso. Fue una habitación de vistas al mar, y cuando estaba viento, el hurriguero era muy alto. La presión del agua caliente es baja. En la mañana, puedes oír una campana de alguna parte y alguna música muy alta tan pronto como las 6:00. El personal de la recepción es muy útil - quería alquilar una moto, y ellos han arreglado esto para mí (no hay mucho que ver alrededor si usted va por el pie).

Summary: a perfect stay leading me to extend my 10 days sojourn in Nha Trang by ... a full month. From staff to the room and the facilities as well as the location an amazing experience. Hotel is new, not far from downtown, one block from the beach and... quiet 🙏🏻💜 So from the reception to the house cleaning and technical staff, the service is all about perfection. Good English spoken at the reception, the restaurant and the facilities (beautiful swimming pool and great gym) which eases communication a lot. Sweet price and great infrastructure, i.e. very good noise insulation, silent air conditioning system. Large and airy room (super comfy double bed). Noise sensitive person here and truth is that I really do not suffer. Doors not slamming (despite fully booked hotel at times...many groups). Nice bathroom, great shower. I got a room with view on the sea which is obviously more enjoyable than city views. Very good breakfast (6 to 10AM). Early is better, before the groups starts occupying the space 😉. Amazing attention and care from Mrs Trong, the supervisor as well as from the F&B manager, Mr Tung (?). Welcoming. Striving to provide the best customer experience possible for a wonderful start of the day. Delicate attention. Doing their best to accomodate guests potential food constraints (diabetes type 2 in my case 😭). Good variety at the buffet. I only wish there were more diabetic friendly food options (same for gluten free food). As mentioned above, the swimming pool and gym are really top. Not many people use the gym but it is large with many options to choose from. Location wise I love it. It is one block from the beach which makes it quiet. Plenty of food options immediately around as well as shopping. Great WinMart just a 5 to 10 minutes walk away. 20 minutes easy walk to downtown with plenty of restaurants (I personally love those all inclusive seafood & grill buffet for 200 to 300K , Mr Mộc is just a 15 minutes walk away). I am planning my next trips for 2025 (privilege of a retiree 😄) and Nha Trang Sea Soul is already part of it. I love the place, the wonderful staff and that beautiful coastal city and region. I was in Phu Quoc 2 weeks ago but Nha Trang is sooooo much better. In all regards. @all staff who made this experience possible: thank you all so much 🙏🏻❤️

DDagsieDo yourself a favour and stay at this wonderful hotel. From check in to check out the service was impeccable. We were provided with an early check in after correspondence with Jasmin who was only too happy to assist with our request. Received a room upgrade which included an amazing view overlooking the beach and skyline of Nha Trang. Although the hotel is one street back from the beach it is a short walk only to get there. The room was amazing, a true 5 Star in my opinion. Comfortable bedding and pillows, the luxurious and modern fittings in the room are a testament to the designer of this hotel. A beautiful bathroom with a stand alone bath, accompanied by a large shower with a rainfall shower head. Relaxing rooftop pool with a bar and an amazing view over Nha Trang. Gym facilities are also available. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of food. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and always made sure you were being looked after. The reception area was very classy and this was replicated by the classy service by the staff at reception with a special mention to Ninh and Tien. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel and don't hesitate in booking. I stayed at 3 hotels in Nha Trang and this one was clearly the winner in so many ways. You will not be disappointed.

UUsuario invitadoThe WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

Yo dije ”está bien, seguro que puedo esperar”, así que no fue el check in en ese momento. Realmente vine. Estuve esperando 2 horas. Cuando dijo “¡puedes ir a tu habitación! ¡Pero el check-in temprano cuesta 200.000 vnd!” Me sorprendió porque no me lo puedes decir antes, cuando te pregunté. ¡Los recepcionistas no fueron útiles! La siguiente: ¡cobran por el agua! ******* ¡agua! Agua que incluye en la habitación, no pedí agua adicional, usé botellas en la habitación. ¿Me cobraron por pagar el agua? El agua que ya no es un cumplido para los huéspedes, es un recurso para mantenerse con vida para la humanidad, especialmente en un clima como el de Nha Trang, ¡es tan mezquino e inhumano! ¿Las habitaciones allí no son tan baratas y tienen problemas con el agua potable gratuita? Dios mio. El mismo problema es que pagas demasiado pero en este hotel a nadie le importan tus límites personales, algo tan simple como guardar silencio en un pasillo. A las 5 de la mañana, los niños corren y gritan en un pasillo y golpean las puertas mientras juegan, ¿por qué debería despertarme por la mañana y discutir con esa gente sobre sus hijos? ¡¿Por qué debería decir reglas elementales para guardar silencio y no molestar a los demás???! El siguiente: después de que los niños (discutieron y se fueron del pasillo, me volví a dormir, PERO: llegó el servicio de limpieza 2 horas más tarde y con un ruido “cleaning cleanaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiing” toqué al servicio de limpieza (fui como un loro para repetir tres veces “gracias”) , ahora no, no lo necesito ahora y presioné el botón antes Para no molestar “, ¿por qué hacen esto? No puedo entenderlo. Pagué 2 noches en este hotel. Me registré antes de las 2 p.m., eran las 11 a.m. O algo, ¡me cobraron por esto! Pero en la situación en que salí del hotel más temprano durante la mitad del día, a nadie le importa y nadie me devolvió el dinero que no usé para vivir. ¿Qué hay de malo en esto? hotel y esa gente que trabaja en este hotel no sé!,
