We spend 4 days in Nha Trang photo-shooting our wedding album. The hotel greet us with a warm welcome. We had a wonderful time in here: the space and view are nice, the food taste great. I love the sky lounge for its view (there is a swimming pool here as well) I heard from the staff that this hotel is still in soft-opening period. I look forward to revisit it once it officially opened

가장 마음에 드는 숙소네요. 세탁기에 붙박이장에 저처럼 장기로 다니시는분들에겐 딱입니다. 나트랑 세탁소에 옷맡기면 흰옷은 누래져서 돌아오는 경우가 태반인데, 직접 세탁도 가능하니 추천합니다. 뷰는 두말할것도 없고, 직원들 친절도도 극상입니다. 다만 오토바이 렌탈 하실분들은 주차 다른곳에 하시는게 정신건강에 좋습니다. 하루 3만동이면 왔다갔다 무제한인데, 말이 않통하니 5천동 받았다가 25,000동 다시 받아서 3만동 냈지 않느냐 하니 다시 또 내라고 하고 얼마안되지먼 이게 좀 스트래스내요. 참고 하새요.

En la zona de prosperidad, el hotel está en el mar. El entorno es hermoso y todos los platos de diversión y comida

La ubicación es muy buena, ubicada en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerca del mercado nocturno y de la playa. ¿Es conveniente para comer y jugar? La habitación es grande, pero el mobiliario es muy sencillo. La cama grande son sólo dos camas individuales juntas. Ya sea en la recepción o en el vestíbulo, el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta y está bien capacitado. Se reciben muchos grupos de turistas coreanos y chinos, también hay mucha gente desayunando y el ascensor tiene que esperar mucho tiempo. Es la primera opción para quienes buscan rentabilidad. ¿No recomendado para quienes gustan de la tranquilidad y la calidad?

Everything was good. Location, swimming pool, breakfast. Except 2 things. First. You can check in not earlier than 2 pm. We came there at 7 am, because we had a night plane. We wanted to have a rest, but reception workers told, that it's impossible to check in earlier than 2 pm.... Second. Air conditioning in the room worked unstable. I tried to call the reception workers, but the line was busy all the time. So, I went there by myself, the worker came after 10 minutes. But he didn't fix anything. He just gave me advice to take out and put in back electric card. Seems like they need to fix some electrical problems, but they don't want or think that it's not a big problem. And the third thing. A lot of Chinese people. And they are very noisy and loud. In the reception hall, in the hotel's restaurant, in the elevator. I felt myself look like in the street market. Totally impolite behaviour. Will I stay here next time? Probably not. Too noisy!! And fix air conditioning system, please. 25-th floor. So, another people will enjoy staying at your hotel more. Thanks

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Intenté reclamar y nos encanta decir que uno de mis colegas fumaba en la habitación, pero en realidad es sólo un fumador regular que fumaba fuera y volvió a su habitación con olor a sus ropas. La política debería prever un espacio para no fumar si quieren ser específicos.

Muy bueno hotel cuando viaja con niños. Está cerca del parque temático VinWonders. Como invitado del hotel, se obtiene un 10% de descuento al parque temático y viajes ilimitados de cable. Inicie sesión en el lado de la tierra en el terminal Vinpearl.

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!
