Fue agradable poder sanar en un bosque tranquilo y acogedor. El clima fresco hizo que fuera agradable salir a caminar. Disfruté del piragüismo. Me encanta tumbarme en las tumbonas junto a la piscina. El desayuno también es variado. El personal también es amable.

Reservé 4 noches y se negaron a reembolsarme. Me escapé después de solo una noche. Una piscina llena de bichos porque no está bien gestionada Las baldosas del suelo son viejas y crujen, por lo que ni siquiera puedo poner un pie sobre ellas. El personal del restaurante hablaba inglés de forma limitada. La recepción y los conductores eran muy amables y serviciales. Las playas no son bonitas. Las habitaciones necesitan reformas y mantenimiento. Puede que sea un hotel de cinco estrellas antes de que le dé tres estrellas. Ubicación remota pero muy tranquila... sin coches tocando bocina, como en la ciudad 😊

Es un lugar muy viejo, destartalado y con mucho olor a almizcle. En algunas partes del pasillo hay poca o ninguna luz. El desayuno era terrible. Nos marchamos un día antes para alojarnos en otro lugar.

Our stay at Diamond Bay Resort and Spa was absolutely incredible. Right from the start, we asked for an upgrade, and they gave us a huge, spacious bungalow. It was so big and comfortable—we loved it! The whole time we were there, it felt like we were the only guests. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing, just perfect for unwinding. Everything about this place was amazing. The staff, the service, and everything we saw around us—it was all beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, the beaches were stunning, and the walking paths were so peaceful. We also loved the little buggies that took us from our room to the reception and back. The spa was wonderful, and the restaurant served such tasty food. We even had meals delivered to our room, which was so convenient. The laundry service was super fast—they cleaned our clothes in just a couple of hours and brought them back fresh. The staff were always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel so special and well taken care of. It’s hard to believe how quickly our 10 days flew by. We’re already dreaming about coming back to this paradise. Diamond Bay Resort and Spa is truly a magical place, and we can’t wait to return!
