I have many qualms about our stay at this hotel: 1) The staff may appear friendly upon a glance, but when booking, check-in or check-out problems arise, staff won't hesitate to strand you without a place to stay, and they'll even turn off the power on you in the name of "conserving energy". 2) Speaking of power, the power in the hotel rooms only run if there's a card in a slot near the door. That means before my family entered our rooms, the fridge was room temperature and ant-infested. The pillows and blankets were damp most likely because there was no ventilation in the room beforehand. 3) I know that ants are common in hotels in Vietnam, and I'm used to that, but this was an INFESTATION. They were everywhere; the tables, the bed, inside the drawers, etc. I'm allergic to insects (I flare up and get hives from bites and stings), and I was bitten all over after one night of sleeping in the bed (pic below taken a 3 days after). I even found an insect that wasn't an ant in the bed next to me when I woke up (pic below). 4) After the cleaning staff left our room, we received newly dirty sheets :D (pic below). The bottom line is I did not feel safe during my stay at this hotel. For a pricier resort like this one, its quality and hospitality were very disappointing. The cheaper condos in Vietnam that we stayed at were more well-kept than this hotel. If you do decide to stay here, please be aware of the risk you're taking.
