Trevella Holiday Park

Sorry trevella I gave you more than ample opportunities to help but you chose not to, so this is the route I’m taking & will continue to post negative reviews via all possible social media methods. So here goes….. My daughter has a disability effecting her circulation which is impacted etc so waiting for the ‘shared’ bathroom to become available when many people needing to use it as they’d closed several shower blocks (due to being out of season) became unbearable. The showers are on those times on & off switch systems so are either scorching or freezing. It was awful so I paid to be upgraded to a caravan but they didn’t check it had working gas. We therefore waited 24 hours to have heating and hot water and we had to cancel an important gathering with friends due to waiting in for technician that eventually sorted it at 11.15am. When I spoke to reception they said “but we resolved the issue our end and you didn’t need to wait in and cancel your day!” I replied “ so I was meant to shower whilst the technician was there? With a none working shower?! Or go out without showering? . It’s worth noting that each workmen hadn’t communicated and all mentioned that they’d replace the gas bottles (which had been done already) We were also kept awake by noisy and a abusive neighbours I rang to complain and never got through to security. 4 calls later to reception about my complaint (made by me!) again I was informed there’s nothing they can do as THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED!!!! Appalling . Pub and swimming pool also closed out of season they didn’t tell us about the pub being unavailable and everything else is 40 minutes plus walking distance or a short drive. Shop is not well stocked & typically expensive & only open until 5ish. Not recommended at all. There are so many beautiful places and I will never choose park holidays again as this is the 2nd occasion I’ve experienced an awful stay. I am now making regular trips to cornwall and won’t waste me hard earned money here.
