Very disappointed and will not book again. Negatives: 2 hrs after check in time (we called and told them the day prior that we would be there later in the evening we were told they would note it in the computer.) they told us they didn't have the room we had booked through RCI. A 2 bedroom suite as we have 2 adults and 3 young kids. We were told they had a maintained issue that caused this. They told us they could get us 2, one bedrooms but that would mean my husband and I would need to sleep in separate rooms for the entire vacation. Clearly not a family vacation set up. We called back upset about this and we're then told it wasn't their fault, it was RCIs fault for overbooking. We were offered a $100 refund. Not even a small percentage of what this trip coated us as we were planning to be here for a week. We were told if anyone didn't check in, we could move rooms. We kept our stuff partially packed and didn't get settled knowing we may get a call. No calls with an update, no call to check in, and the people at the front desk had no idea what we were talking about. Added to the room change we were now put into a different building. We intentionally booked a room in the main building due to my disability (struggles walking) and having 3 very young kiddos makes it really hard to walk back to the room in freezing temps. When we got to the room, we found hair on the bathroom floor and someone insulin. We let the front desk know and they came to get the medicine with no apology or anything. Lastly the elevator and hallways are so cold. Freezing! We picked this room and building on purpose and passed on other locations due to the location of the pool and our room. Lastly, be aware that they don't do any house cleaning unless you stay longer than 14 days. Not a great option for a family with kids. With that, I do not recommend this place at all and feel very disappointed that this is where we decided to spend our family vacation. Positives. Nice view from the elevator.
