Newmarket

It was really tidy and the guy on the reception was really friendly towards us arriving early Every time I come here it’s always really nice I love it here to see friends and we love Newmarket and their always friendly always and we love premier inn

Marko, the awesome American gave great service and was great to talk to. He is a huge asset to your team. His mannerisms and the way he dealt with situations and other customers while dealing with my problem was next to none. Really brings a sense of joy to the hotel!! Thank you

This hotel is amazing the staff are fantastic and try very hard to make sure your stay is happy,from little treats in your room to sweeties on the desk when arriving nothing to much trouble. Rooms are clean need a little update but Every thing you need and adequate well done

Very clean rooms and friendly staff, when heating wasn’t working in our room they were very efficient in changing rooms for us which was lovely great value for money and good location to go out and about on the town would defo stay here again near summer

Fabulous place to stay staff very helpful and rooms prem plus room we stayed in well worth the money they are lovely and clean and homely and warm the car park wa across the rd but only a coupe min walk there’s a few stairs to hike up but there is a slope and lift if you can’t do stairs

Fantastic Premier Inn we were there early so managed to get parked fine we left our bags with reception while we went to have lunch as check in wasn't until 3pm when we arrived back the lovely man on the front desk had taken our bags to our room for us and also left a lovely gift in there for us and the children ( was such a lovely touch) this is the biggest family room that we have stayed in with premier inn, it was big and lovely and clean staff were all really friendly breakfast was also lovely! We will defiantly be back!
