¡muy bien! Cuando entré por primera vez, caminé hasta el restaurante porque estaba lloviendo. Ella fue muy considerada y nos envió mi equipaje y a mí a la recepción. La señora de la recepción también fue muy accesible. No lo entendí y la tarjeta no se pudo usar. Ella me dio una orientación muy considerada. La higiene es buena, la ropa de cama está limpia, está a pocos minutos del aeropuerto y la estación de metro está cerca, ¡lo cual es muy conveniente!

The Hotel’s location is very close to The Newcastle International Airport and the Metro. Just a few minutes walk can be reached. Clean with sufficient lighting is good. The bed’s quality is a bit soft and old. If it is changed, it will be better.

Very closely located next to Newcastle airport, no more than 5 min walk. Friendly check in team, clean room and option to take food from restaurant to room is very convenient for solo travelers.

Whilst you generally know what to expect with Premier Inn, this one is a bit more worn and tired and I think below what is now Premier Inn standard. That said, had a decent nights sleep. You can walk to/from the terminal in easily under 5 minutes - it shaves a little bit of time to get a code from reception and walk through the grounds of the Hampton by Hilton, but it only adds a minute or two to walk around it.

Always stay here when Flying from Newcastle. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. Its only a couple of minutes walk to the airport. Louise & Suzanne always offer a warm welcome. Evening meals are good. Allergy info is readily available.

We stayed on Friday 3th January 2025 for our flight to Barbados on the 4th unfortunately my husband was taken ill and a ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital the staff was absolutely fantastic the manager louise was super and look after me as my husband had to stay in hospital until Wednesday 7th Louise took me to the hospital to see my husband and her husband pick me up and put me back to the hotel you couldn't ask for nicer people.thank you Louise you are a fantastic lady

AMAZING COMFY STAY! we were greeted by 2 lovely ladies on reception, one young girl who said she had just started Emily, not that you could tell she was amazing and very professional along with Elaine who was also very helpful from what we could see. Never a moment they were not smiling. Food in the bar/restaurant is standard pub food but is delicious served hot and by lovely waiting staff who were also smiling the whole time. We got served drinks by Owen on the bar, very polite and a good laugh. The bed is super comfy wish i had one at home! Breakfast was super delicious! served by a wonderful polite lady(didn't get her name) Very simple and easy process, lovely stay thankyou

Lovely stay with Premier inn! Very comfortable stay, lovely easy check in and a very welcoming reception team. Elaine very informative and jolly, followed by Emily who said she was training but knew her stuff. Bar was lovely drinks are slightly expensive but we thought this would be the case, very cosy environment and a nice overall atmosphere. Thankyou

Absolutely amazing, was greeted by a lovely young lady called Emily. Hotel room is clean and fresh, food is fine bar grub. Drinks prices are slightly high but ecxpected. No noise, smiling staff, nothing was too much for them. Was very busy on check in and the young lady looked absolutely fine and had a smile from start to finish. overall lovely
