Wow. This hotel was actually better than han I had anticipated.
It's great value.
Rooms are a good size and staff is so helpful.
Also the location is so close to shops and restaurants.

Excellent accommodation! Especially with a short minute walk to St James's Park. This was my 3rd time travelling to Newcastle and I've stayed with the Premier Inn all 3 times

Nice stay, easy check-in and check out. Friendly staff. Room was very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable and gave a good nights sleep. The breakfast offering in the morning was large and the food was good at a reasonable price. Not too far a walk from the railway station and close to the Metro. Easy acces to city and all of it's facilities.

This is one of of favourite hotels but standards are slipping. We always upgrade to Premier Plus room with fast WiFi (10mb is not fast! If it worked at all ) but we notice a bathroom with lots of mold and holes in the wall not painted and bed sheets that don't fit and multiple stains on the floor. Room 101 was right next to the main floor door which bangs all day and night.

Overall a comfortable stay, good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Slept well, room had blackout curtains and it was a quiet building. Perfectly placed near the uni campus. Easy check in and check out. Secure building, room key required for entry to building in the late evening. It is no frills, room wasn’t sparkling clean and the bed sheet didn’t fit the bed correctly, toilet wasn’t immaculate, but it was fine.

The ladies who work on reception are absolutely the best friendliest most helpful lovely people I have ever experienced. I stay here frequently and the location is great, the rooms are just as I expect from the brand, but it is the staff who make the absolute difference,.who could not do enough to help me every time I stay here.
