Stayed here a few times and always had a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is consistently good. Dawn at reception is especially helpful and welcoming.

The hotel manager Dawn was fantastic and very helpful in regards too finding my wife's lost property and couldn't do enough until it was found. So thank you very much Dawn f9r all your help. Friendly staff and a quiet peaceful stay.

I arrived late and tired after a very long drive but having stayed here several times I knew there would be a smile from reception, a neat bedroom and clean and spotless bathroom awaiting. It was Dawn, the manageress, who was on duty and we shared a couple of minutes chat before I got the room key and was probably asleep within half an hour. Travel lodge is no frills but the staff here are really outstanding and make the stay.

Fantastic stay here at Newcastle Airport Travelodge Dawn and her team where outstanding and friendly helpful. Casey was helpful when explaining about the new recycling policy and she always had a smile on her face and nothing was to much bother for her, Dawn was lovely had a wonderful welcome when we arrived smiling face and straight away offered help had our rooms ready as we paid for early check-in. Dawn runs a tight ship professionally but always welcoming, we are coming back for sure.

Beds were comfortable. Free parking was a bonus, close to shops and places to eat. A friendly and helpful member of staff on reception who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
