Es un hotel bastante bueno, con una ubicación céntrica en el centro de la ciudad. En general limpio y ordenado, y el precio es razonable. La actitud del servicio es bastante amigable, en general está bien.

Todas las fotos que se ven en internet son mentira. Estuve en 3 habitaciones y son muy pequeñas, no del todo limpias, sin ventilación y lo que muestran como ventanas son unas ventanitas que ni siquiera entra la luz. Muy ruidoso. dice que tiene acceso para gente con movilidad reducida y es mentira. Pésima experiencia.

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal de recepción. En particular, Carlos nos ha apoyado, muy amablemente, en todas nuestras dudas y consultas. La habitación es muy funcional, aunque podría mejorar el espacio si se cambia el aire acondicionado por uno más pequeño o se coloca más arriba. También podrían agregar un frigobar. La insonorización de las ventanas y el extractor del baño y la presión del agua en la ducha deberían ser mejoradas.

Estuvimos alojadas 6 noches, el hotel se encuentra en la 5ª avenida y 35st, a escasos metros del Empire State, Justo abajo tienes un Starbuck. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no disponen de armario, pero está muy limpio, reponen agua embotellada a diario y hacen la limpieza. A menos de 5’ andando tienes varía estaciones de metro, el personal es amable Recomendable

El hotel funcionó bien para mí. La habitación era pequeña, pero tenía una cama muy cómoda, buen aire acondicionado, oscura y tranquila. El baño pequeño lo tiene todo. El servicio de limpieza fue bueno. Si sólo necesitas un lugar para pasar una buena noche de sueño y no te importa un bar/restaurante, un gimnasio, etc., este es el lugar.

Gente: amable, al menos el caballero con el que me comuniqué y la joven que me ayudó. Alojamiento: llegué el 1 de junio y me fui directamente a dormir. Me desperté con chinches muertas y chinches todavía vivas en mi cama. Fui al escritorio y a la joven que estaba allí y le mostré las pocas fotos que había tomado y ella se apresuró a trasladarme a otra habitación. Después de eso, mi estadía fue mejor, fuera de los huéspedes desconsiderados.

I spent the week before Christmas enjoying the sights and sounds of Manhattan. We chose the U Hotel Fifth Avenue due to the excellent pricing and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room and bathroom were. The location is excellent with several convenient subways close by and within walking distance to Broadway. I was concerned about the room size based on other reviews however, we both had a carry-on and a backpack and the space in the room was fine. I would highly recommend the U Hotel if you are looking for a no frills super clean hotel room,

This is a great place in midtown Manhattan, just minutes from The Empire State Building. It had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a bathroom and air conditioning. The room was small but comfortable, with plenty of space for a couple of big suitcases, and a couple of carry-on bags. It was serviced every day, and they provided complimentary bottled water every day. There's no bar and no breakfast, but it's right next to Starbucks, which opens at 5:30am. We walked to Central Park in about 30 minutes, walked to Times Square in about 10 minutes. The reception staff were brilliant, including booking us a fab limo transfer back to the airport at the same fixed rate as any yellow cab. This isn't a business class hotel, but we would definitely stay here again as independent travellers.
