Have been to Taipei many times and previously been staying near Taipei main station. It was my first stay around Banqiao and first at this hotel. While definitely not as convenient a location relative to the main station, it was still quite a short MRT ride to popular tourist spots like ximending. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was also nice and not crowded. All in all an excellent hotel that i would recommend and likely book when i visit Taipei again.

Llegamos tarde a las 5 pm y se recomendó que tuviéramos comida en el restaurante del edificio siguiente, que eran especiales y deliciosos. La distancia a la estación de tren es de 10 a 13 minutos, lo que es razonable. También hemos probado las sandwiches y el desayuno de café abajo antes de la salida. ¡Nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía 4 noches allí!

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

WiFi occasionally stopped working at night that affected my and remote work streaming experience. And the equipment inside bathtub seemed to be not fully functional. (The sign said the tub had Massaging function but turned out it was replaced with another new tub, so the massage function was the old one)

El ambiente es muy bueno, pero la actitud del servicio no es muy positiva. El valor general de CP es muy alto. Solía ​​quedarme en este hotel cuando vengo a Taipei a encontrarme con amigos, pero la calidad parece estar deteriorándose. Hoy en día, es bien sabido que la industria hotelera es cara, pero también debe ofrecer la calidad correspondiente. Esta vez fui, fue un poco como si me obligaran a elegir el plan con desayuno, y el punto clave es que no está delicioso. Se tarda entre 15 y 20 minutos en comer y salir. Otro punto incómodo es que cuando fuimos al mostrador para hacer el check-in, mi novio efectivamente había pagado el depósito, pero la señora del mostrador parecía querer cobrar el monto total como si no lo supiera, o se apresuró después de que llegamos. Ya habíamos pagado parte del depósito nosotros mismos. Calcule cuánto suplemento se necesita😂😅. No sé si fue por muchas cosas pero estuve temporalmente descuidado, pero la impresión no es buena. Ah, y para ser respetuoso con el medio ambiente, no incluiré demasiados artículos desechables, lo cual puedo aceptar, pero si me quedo dos noches seguidas y no me cambian las sábanas, ¿tengo que informar a los clientes? (Las personas con misofobia estarán más preocupadas). En general, la experiencia de vida anterior fue mejor.

The swimming pool was closed and one of the reasons we chose the hotel was because it has a big beautiful pool. The breakfast was also not great. But overall the hotel is good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort! The service was fantastic and everyone was really friendly and so helpful. The Hot Springs are directly at the hotel area and we also had one on our balcony as well. The use of the whole Spa area is included in the room fee and is totally worth it. We would recommend to come on weekdays, if you want it more quiet and less crowded. The Breakfast was great as well, they even had a section for vegetarians! We hope to come back soon!

Yun Estate Hotel is one of the best hotel that i stayed during my family trip to Taiwan. The personal Hot spring catered in the room. Spacious Apartment style unit with a grand living room and a tatami style room for meditation or some sort. Not to mention the great wardrobe area and a seat in the toilet for automatic shower. Its a shame that we only stayed for 1 night in this hotel. Special gratitude to the staff in the hotel that provided us an extra blanket because our one year old baby spilled his milk on the blanket. Thank you. I would stay longer to enjoy the facilities more on our next stay.

La vista de la habitación es muy bonita, la vista de mar completa ya que nos quedamos en el piso superior. La habitación es muy espaciosa. La cama está bien, pero un poco suave para mí. El baño es bueno y la presión del agua es muy estable y la temperatura del agua caliente es buena. La ubicación del hotel está muy lejos de la ciudad, pero muy cerca del subterráneo. La gestión debería mejorar la limpieza de la habitación, pero en comparación con el precio, es bueno para mí volver.
