NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN
Hotel was average. Hotel was not completely dirty but I have stayed at much cleaner hotels.
My review is considerably low due to the customer service. When I first checked in to the hotel on 28th June the receptionist told me to insert my card ((I thought he wanted to verify my card). The next day I noticed I had a deduction from my card. I visited the front desk and the receptionist explained it is a holding fee and the funds should be placed back into my account in 3 days.
Really annoyed that this was not explained on my arrival.
I only stayed at the Jung hotel for a night so I was expecting to get my deposit back in the beginning of July. It is now 30th July and I only JUST got my deposit back TODAY
Jung hotel has no customer service emails I had to make contact via Instagram and contact the reservation team via email. I have received no response via Instagram and the reservations response was not helpful. They said that the money was deposited in my account which is not true. I got one of my friends from America to call Jung hotel on my behalf and as expected from a team with poor customer service they was very rude and rushed her off the phone. Again they said that the money was deposited in my account which again is not true.
The only reason that I managed to get my money back as I disputed it with my bank.
Only stay at this hotel if you want to be “scammed or been spoken to rudely or if you like staying at hotels that have no customer skills. Other than that there is much better hotels in NOLA
