Encontramos pisos y baños sucios; Las ventanas, las puertas y el ventilador están rotos, la azotea está inundada y llena de basura, parece que nadie mantiene este lugar. No es un lugar para quedarse, ni siquiera por una noche.

Location is terrible, bad and not east to access. Regarding services it is very much poor. The bed they are providing is not suitable for sleeping. Room is also small in size.

Some interior works are going on there but my booking is completed. When i was reach there i try to call the owner 2 to 3 times finally got. We are not get any help from owner side.

It was a nightmare, the broken bed and the broken bathroom tap, which wasn't even working, and it was extremely hot there, because they didn't have any kind of ventilation for the room and for the hotel as well, and more over the cockroach came on my bed in the middle of the night, so i couldn't even sleep for the rest night.

Bar staff by pool amazing , Aston, Nathan , Steffens and Kermit are the best !!! Staff are so nice , food is great entertainment staff just the best , grounds are stunning ; Britannia and Rochelle are ace with kids , All round great , reception needs attention very slow , after 10 hour flight

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. It felt good to stay here and there for a day, but there should be some more facilities so that the wi-fi available there is working at par with 2g or 3g.
