El hotel es muy bien diseñado, grandes habitaciones y cómodo cama. Desafortunadamente, me detuve sólo un poco antes de mi vuelo de noche, pero en la noche el aire acondicionado detuvo trabajando para el calor y se convirtió en 18 grados de frío, no pude cambiarlo por mi propio ... al final, me quedé dormido como es. Y después de 2.5 horas en el frío, tuve una dolorosa garganta, que me dio la impresión. Todo es genial, pero por favor, compruebe los aire acondicionados para que funcionen per***ently a la temperatura y modo de ajuste

Nice Hotel, and had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient, and the room was very neat & ideal in size. The breakfast was nice & as expected in such a hotel, but what stood out for me was the staff that was taking care of everyone. They were all extremely polite & helpful. Building next to it had a food court in the basement. Just hope that the check in process can be a bit smoother & faster, as there were multiple counters & there are people lining everywhere. Keep a standard line so everyone can get their stuff done one by one, rather than guessing which line to be in. And if someone from the hotel team can get in touch with Google + Uber, so that the proper drop off location at the entrance is shown on google maps, it would be very helpful Right now you end up at the back exit when you take an uber.

No tuvo el mejor sueño. Había un matrimonio y el evento estaba fuera, música alta llevada a cabo hasta después de las 2 horas. Esto no es justo para los demás huéspedes que se quedan en el hotel, especialmente los viajeros de negocios. En la cena también llamado dos veces, una vez dentro de media hora de la comida llegó a comprobar si las placas necesitaban ser limpiadas, ni siquiera he terminado comiendo la comida. Después de haber pedido que se limpiara la comida, recibí otra llamada para comprobar la comida, pero en este momento estaba durmiendo, así que esto me despertó.

Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly. Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Breakfast is decent but options. Shower area is inside a bathtub and no anti-slip mat is provided. It's incredibly risky. Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.
