Six adults will be very limited on space. The master bed features a king size bed, guest room features a bunkbed with a queen bed on the bottom and twin up top. The living room features a twin size pullout (pulls out from love seat). There is a full size couch, however the bed is not available. Property has 2 HEATED (in Winter) pool areas each providing 2 separate hot tubs & a beautiful swimming pool! Various areas to cook out with multiple BBQ pits & picnic tables for you to choose from & have a cook out. Parking passes for 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles required to park on property side of street to avoid being towed by property security. No trailers are allowed in the community parking lot but can be parked on the street. Please no cooking on the patios there are BBQ pits & picnic tables available on the grounds. Waterwheel guests are provided with 2 parking passes for your vehicles & up to 6 arm bands for access to all the amenities on the property.
