They have the best restaurant in the hotel you can reach on the glacier. You go down on skis or via cable car from Gamsgarten and it's with service, better quality and price than anywhere up there... Try it, I was here today and the restaurant was half empty, they have no advertising...

Pleasant, comfortable hotel near the Stubaital valley cable cars. Excellent service, cuisine and wellness. Special thanks to the caring staff. In case of good snow conditions, skis right to the cable car. We will come again, this time with the children.

Large, clean family room; delicious food including the most incredible tea. Children well catered for. Lovely relaxing communal areas; nice jacuzzi (great view) and pool. We didn’t use the over 15’s spa - shame there isn’t a family sauna/steam room but this was clear on booking. Games room. Fun apres. Ski bus outside if you want to go down the valley - fantastic swimming complex in Fulpmes. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely book again.

I was fully satisfied with cleaning, service, food. Location is best in Stubaital valley. End year event was prepared very well. Last year dinner was nice and tasty. Good choice of wine. Personal of the hotel is interesting about guests satisfaction.

Awesome hotel located close to the lifts. We had a great stay with excellent food, clean big rooms, great staff. After a day of skiing we enjoyed the visit to the excellent spa area We will definitely come here again.

Another great skiing trip, took the 4 night package with a friend. The room was ready upon our early arrival and after leaving Gatwick (longest queues ever) at 7:30 am (late), we were skiing at 1 pm. Food was as fantastic as ever as were all of the staff and a big thank you for their attention and service at dinner which makes the holiday very special

Sehr schönes Hotel in top Lage zum Stubaier Gletscher. Aber drei Punkte sind für ein Hotel mit Zimmerpreisen über 400 € pro Nacht nicht in Ordnung: 1. In den Zimmern im Altbau stinkt es stark nach Kläranlage. Laut Personal liegt das an den alten Leitungen fürs Abwasser und da kann man nichts machen außer viel Spülen und Fenster auf. 2. Das Abendessen schwankt stark in der Qualität. Mal wie im Sternerestaurant, dann aber einfallsloses italienisches Buffett mit vielen Gerichten aus der Dose. 3. Das Personal im Restaurant versteht kaum deutsch und ist sehr unaufmerksam. Zum Frühstück bestellter Kaffe kommt nach 15 Minuten - oder auch mal garnicht. Beim Abendessen kommt es vor, dass 20 Minuten niemand vom Personal vorbei schaut. Wenn man sucht, dann findet man sie alle in versteckten Raucherecken bei der Unterhaltung.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Das Ambiente einfach zum wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer sauber. Die Lage genial. Ich / wir waren im Januar und März da. Der Wellnessbereich wunderschön, vor allem der Whirlpool mit dem Blick ins Stubaital absolut entspannend. Und wenn man Lust auf Après-ski hat ist das auch toll Ich/wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Super schönes Hotel direkt an der Gletscherbahn. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, neues Bad, das Essen war phantastisch (großes Lob an die Küchencrew) und das gesamte Personal war durchgehend freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend ! Wir werden wiederkommen!
