房間整潔，面積30平米+，很舒適，停車免費，樓下牛排餐廳好吃不貴，酒店旁邊有個超市+加油站，牛奶、新鮮水果等等都有。夏天最熱的幾天就別住了，沒有空調。冬天沒問題，有電暖器。

Gran hotel a las afueras de York, el servicio al cliente fue excelente durante todo el fin de semana con un personal amable y servicial en el hotel y Beefeater. Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar que estaba limpia y espaciosa, con mucho té, café, leche, etc. disponibles en la recepción. A 5 minutos del Park & Ride, por lo que es muy fácil llegar a la ciudad sin tener que pagar precios de estacionamiento locos y un autobús muy regular desde y hacia. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel para una estancia en York.

Este hotel necesita una reforma completa. Muchas áreas ahora estaban cansadas y necesitaban ser reemplazadas. Para ser justos, aunque estaba limpio y ordenado. No es exactamente lo que esperaba. El desayuno era básico y no genial. Parecía que el chef tenía un día libre.

Muy limpio y ordenado, cama cómoda, personal amable y servicial, sin quejas importantes. A corta distancia en automóvil de la estación de tren de Poppleton, que es un práctico viaje en tren de 5 minutos al centro de la ciudad de York. No tenía aire acondicionado. Wifi era muy bueno.

Estuve allí para una boda y no me sentí limpio en absoluto con la habitación oliendo a humo, el olor nos golpeó caminando por el pasillo hacia la habitación y después de dormir por la noche podíamos olerlo en nosotros y en nuestra ropa, el baño estaba muy cansado y sucio, nunca más me quedaré en un hotel de primer nivel

Unfortunately we did not get the room.I booked and paid for. I had booked a double with a third bed to keep our cases on,as there is no drawer space. We got a room without a 3rd bed so everything was scaled down including the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no rubber shower mat which all rooms should have as standard. We asked but none available.

Food was lovely. New menu a definite positive. Kristie made me feel very welcome. I have stayed here many times with work and it’s improving. Chicken skewers were lovely. The best meal I’ve had off the menu. The staff work very hard day and night.

Stay here was mixed where I was there for 4 nights and first 2 nights I was put in a room with several issues from toilet door handle falling off to light not working in toilet to vents not working then having them repaired and only to find that when the toilet light was switched on that the vents in our sleeping area would kick in and extremely noisy so couldn’t sleep at all with it and stayed in long after light switch turned off. Now the good where staff are amazing and couldn’t help enough once told of issues and put you at ease . All staff are a credit to the hotel
