This hotel WILL be lovely when everything is in place, but it only reopened on the 15th June. We travelled with TUI and there is no way TUI inspected this hotel before their customers arrived!! Not good for a big company. We arrived on the 16th June and had to wait 3 hours to check in at the hotel, only one computer working. No explanation, no food or drink offered. Most of the staff were new and didn’t know anything and no hotel management around either. Poor customer services when we reached the front of the queue by the reception manager, no apology no nothing. The rooms were not as described, no toiletries, no iron, no hangers, no bath, no toilet brush and no mini fridge either. The room was newly refurbed but not finished. Reception had no answers or solutions to any problems. The pool bar is open but not serving any food, the inside spa and pool area is lovely but not staffed so no massages etc. Also there is no evening entertainment at all so having to spend money in the evenings to go out. Apart from the reception manager all other staff have been friendly. Housekeeping in the room is hit and miss too. On a positive note the food has been lovely, probably the best we’ve had at an all inclusive, great choice and fresh. This hotel should have postponed opening until everything was in place. I would come here again as long as everything was as advertised.
