Great location, hotel is right on the beach & is a short walking distance to Nessebar old town! The staff is excellent and the food selection at the buffet is varied, flavourful and plentiful!  The facilities are very old, furniture in the rooms is dated and in dire need for an upgrade. Rooms are very basic they lack proper lighting and electrical plugs especially by the night tables.  Sun loungers are very uncomfortable and the umbrellas are small so they barely protect you from the sun.  Our stay was enjoyable overall, mainly thanks to the staff and the excellent location of the hotel

We enjoyed a week’s stay here during the first week of the UK’s summer holiday. It was really quiet. Sun loungers were always available both by the pool and on the beach. The outdoor pool is small but lovely. It’s well maintained. The first few days we struggled to get in because it was really cold, we did get used to it though! The indoor pool was deeper and overlooked the sea. We had a family room overlooking the beach. The room was really big and the beds comfortable. The balcony was quite small but did come with a clothes maiden for drying clothes which was ideal, bring some pegs though as it can get a bit windy at times! The only downside to the balcony was that the aircon unit ran on to the floor so it was always wet! The restaurant area was really lovely, it was always clean and set up well. There is the option to sit outside looking out over the beach which was nice, the only downside was that there is no designated smoking area so quite often you could be sat as a family eating and someone would start smoking on the table next to you which is never pleasant! The restaurant really needs a new playlist! It was so miserable We did mention it and it did change on occasion but it was things like my heart will go on etc and it was on repeat every meal time. The restaurant staff were really lovely, although one of the women behind the bar could have smiled more. The other staff sang, smiled and were always on hand to help. The food was very varied from day to day but always had a pasta and sauce bar, chips, something on the grill (chicken, kebabs, sausages etc), there was a huge salad selection, lots of breads, a variety of desserts, cured meats and cheeses, ice cream counter and then a variety of hot meals. Breakfast was our favourite! The snack bar outside served really tasty pizza along with hot dogs and chips. There are no self serve drinks other than water, everything is to be ordered at the bars. The animation team were really great, especially Venko. They spoke various languages and were great with children. Water polo and water gymnastics was always fun! The evening entertainment was always around the pool which seemed a strange set up when there was an animation stage on the rooftop. The hotel location, in our opinion, was perfect. It was around a 10 minute walk to New Nessebar (turn right out of the hotel, left at the mini roundabout, right at the end of the street, left at the roundabout) which we visit a few nights. It’s a street closed off to cars and is full of your usual touristy shops. We visited Old Nessebar a few evenings, it’s about a 20 minute walk and is a really beautiful place and worth visiting. Old cobbled streets, street musicians etc. We visited a man made cafe bar whilst there called Michael’s Eco Bar. A quirky little place with turtles! The fish pedicure was great too! When walking to Old Nessebar, if you like cats be sure to take the ramp up through the trees and if you call them loads come runni

Currently staying here from 12th to 22nd for 10 days. Room/suite is massive and def can't complain and has a great sea view. Weather early season so far has been a bit hit and miss but kind of expect that. The food is good, I can only say good as its typical all inclusive stuff and definately not exceptional. Nice stroll down to old nessebar is lovely and a typical old town as you'd expect really. But I still 2 lev each which some reviews were saying 5 years ago so no inflation there. But.....and only a small but....some people say its really cheap??? Take off the really, its ok but only on par with home and someone said 3 course meal for 2 people is £40! Show.me where please as is double that but on hol it's the usual . May update after the full 10 days here

I chose this hotel because of it's location to the beach and Nessebar old town which were both fantastic. The second factor was its spa facilities which were non existent. There was a steam room and Sauna that were rarely turned on and one masseur who would lear at the ladies on the beach. There was no way his hands were coming anywhere near me. Really disappointing. The beach was lovely but the 'beach service ' assistant was awful. Rude is an understatement. We went to the beach once and he was so obnoxious when we took an ashtray from a bed that, we were to find out later, could be rented at extra cost. He was so aggressive and snatched the ashtray away without any explanation. He then sat all day snearing at the guests. We used the pool after this. The pool was lovely but, yet again, the pool assistant was rude and unwelcoming. We were not told that you needed a ticket to take a beach towel. He very sharply pointed to the desk and barked at us and everyone else who were ill informed about this on arrival. The loungers were plentiful but hard plastic with no padding, making them extremely uncomfortable. I had 2 of my own towels but they were not enough to make them any easier to lay on. The pool bar was ok but the cocktails at the lounge bar were much nicer. The food was ok. Typical of most all inclusive hotels. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. The only negative comment would be that nothing was ever hit enough. The dining room staff were refreshingly friendly. The hotel was clean but the rooms were tired. Our curtains didn't even fit the windows but it was clean enough. Sadly I wouldn't recommend this hotel, purely due to the rudeness of the staff. I don't expect red carpet treatment but a smile and respectful manner should be the minimum requirement when hiring staff.

The hotel was pleasant enough , although our first balcony was tiny, you couldn't fit two people on comfortably. We paid for a balcony and complained, they moved us the next day to a much better view. The room was tired, the curtains did not cover the whole window so lots of light coming in, not the best sleep. The food was ok, as we expected for an all inclusive all be it a bit cold. Service in the restaurant was excellent. We made the mistake of using a nearby ashtray on the beach and faced the wrath of the Beach Service attendant and the hotels masseur (the only one) Both were very aggressive and angry. This meant we did not visit the beach again, it also meant we did not use the hotels spa services, which were not as sold. Very disappointing. It is a big part of our holiday to have regular massages but unfortunately due to the very aggressive masseur we did not once. They lost quite a bit of money because of this. So we went to the pool, nice area but the Lifeguard was of the same ilk as the other two, aggressive and angry, and very rude snatching towels back. Tip,if you are using the pool or beach you need to get a card from reception for the towels or face the angry grunts from the Lifeguard. There are no cushions on any beds so be prepared for a sore bottom and back if you are there all day. Most of the staff were pleasant but be prepared not to be smiled at, a lot. It was such a shame about the men there, it very much tainted our holiday with these three particular men. They were awful and intimidating. I very much doubt we will return. I think this hotel could be great but sadly it is not. Location is great for a nice stroll to the old town.

Excellent hotel, rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was a little dated, but was decent size, balcony was a bit on the small side though. We stayed on the 3rd upper floor facing the sea, which was nice, as long as you don't want an early night, as entertainment goes on right below you till 10pm. Food was lovely, with a great choice of both traditional and some English dishes, chips and pizza was also available from the pool bar during the day, and icecreams from the hotel lobby bar. The beach bar was great too, not much choice, but saves you having to trek back up the pool when you want a drink. Location wise, it was spot on, the beach was large and clean, with a 20 min walk into Old Nessebar, past a selection of bars/restaurants on the way. Only slight downside (and I am being picky here) was the language barrier with some barstaff as I suspect they are not as used to using English as it was mainly other Slavic countries who frequent Bulgaria, but we got there in the end
