Sunrise Blue Magic Resort - All Inclusive

Don’t book this hotel The food is an absolute disgrace I’m 52 years old travelled many countries with TUI over the years and this hotel is the worst food ever due to being served cold not even warm I have contacted TUI rep and restaurant manager in our 3 rd day nothing as improved. The o my words I can say is don’t book this hotel !!!

Outstanding hotel very pleasant and welcoming staff very modern extra care required my housekeeping in the rooms as they only change the bedding 1time in 7 days and never refill the tea and coffee Entertainment is for kids only could be better and more for adults Pool massive and clean Day time entertainment staff outstanding young lad was amazing and made you feel welcome

Initial expectations were met. The hotel seemed basic and clean. Unfortunately as the week went on we encountered a lot of issues with pram access / the food and cleanliness. Several operations weren’t working or seemed non existent despite being told the hotel offered these amenities. The hotel seemed short staffed. Very disappointing stay.

BELIEVE THE POOR RATING AND BAD REVIEWS! im the least Karen like person ever and never believe the bad reviews however this hotel has taught me a lesson- no smoke with out fire- first review on trip advisor iv ever written but felt compelled to warn others that are throwing a lot of hard earned cash at this hotel  For a start the information and pictures being used to advertise this holiday are completely innacurate and misleading- false advertising in every sense of the word. The pictures used are clearly of the hotel and long time ago- the sun loungers on the advertising are white and the ones currently are blue and well worn indicating they havnt been the white ones in the pictures for a long time. The pictures show a clear uninterrupted view of the beach with a well tended path to access- the reality is a half built brick structure/house, a half finished container type building and a poorly maintained wooden plank path completely overgrown with weeds in between the 2 structures. On another picture it shows an outdoor stage on the pool terrace- this is non existent and there is no sign it was there recently.  As for the description- the jet2 website states there is daily evening entertainment/kids disco- what it fails to mention is this is in a completely different hotel and it is outdoors oh and they have the day off on a sunday- when I asked the jet2 rep what happens when it rains (which it did on 3 evenings during my stay) he stated the entertainment would be conducted in our hotel lobby- it didn't and resulted in the majority of the hotel being squashed into the tiny lobby bar with only one member of staff manning the bar.  The snack bar that is supposed to be open 8 hours a day was only on for a few hours late at night and had muffins, cold chips and enough sandwiches to feed 1 family.  The transfer from airport to hotel was a shambles when we finally arrived at the hotel circa 1am local time the driver decided not to wait for the security barrier to be opened and then decided to drive around aimlessly for another 15 minutes then tried to take us to the wrong hotel next door then was going to continue driving past our hotel because the barrier was still down. We ended up having unload our luggage with 2 young kids and walking to the hotel with the 2 other families, once in the hotel I was provided with 3 wrist bands, when I requested a 4th as there was 4 in our party the receptionist just shrugged his shoulders and said there is 3 and told me to sort it out in the morning, I told him I wanted the 4th wrist band as I didn't know what time we would be up in the morning and didn't want to miss breakfast trying to obtain another wristband- after a lot of shrugging, huffing and making a phone call he finally surrendered the 4th wristband. I wasn't given any direction as to where facilities were or where my room was, just given the room pass and waved off. Resort has l lot of new staff , checking in was hard work , room was basic,what is expected when all inclusive, it was clean and beds were very comfortable Most staff very helpful , entertainment was basic but we appreciate that we went just as everything was starting I believe. My son got on well with the entertainment staff which kept him occupied. Food was repetitive with a hit and miss outcome , there was a couple of evenings where the chicken wasn't cooked properly and still partially raw , we did eat out on few occasions while out exploring the neighboring areas. I would definitely go back to Bulgaria but unfortunately not at this resort , things may change the busier it gets into the season.

No lift to pool area as out of order and pool is between 0 and -1 so requires stairs to get to, Food under cooked chicken and pork meals are all very similar Only two lifts for the entire hotel that you can fit 6-8 people in. The full all inclusive don’t open until June 1st so snack bar isn’t open and entertainment none existent
