The one thing I called in advance to request was a "quiet room". And while they specifically gave us a room away from the elevator, vending, and ice machines, they unfortunately put us in a room facing the front of the hotel. The windows provided no protection from the continuous road noise through the night and early morning. I only got 3 hours of sleep, if that much, which for me is the most important "amenity" in a hotel. It's too bad that during the recent renovation the hotel didn't invest in better noise proofing for the road facing room windows. Otherwise, the renovated rooms are comfortable, nicely appointed, clean, and equipped with a new large LCD TV. While we didn't avail ourselves of the free "grab and go" breakfast (temporarily available during the renovation), it looked like there were good options and other guests seemed very satisfied.
