The ceilings are vaulted and gives the home an airy feel. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for the beach days. A SECURITY CAMERA IS ACTIVATED IN FRONT AND SIDE ENTRANCE. THERE WILL BE A PENALTY FOR VIOLATING HOUSE RULES. STREET PARKING ONLY Included are 6 beach passes ( 4 adults and 2 kids). We do not allow ANY parties or loud music outside. Bradley Beach is a quiet family oriented neighborhood and we are very respectful of our neighbors. We do require the names and ages of all guests and booking only for 25 and above. Bradley Beach township requires this information. Family can have younger adults and kids. Automated check in and out with easy communication with the host available 24 hours if need.
