Paradiso Backpacker Hostel

Don't be fooled by the pool and outdoor area, everything else is terrible. The manager is a horrible woman with zero customer service skills. She was extremely aggressive and angry with me and my friends during our stay, regularly shouting and screaming at us over nothing. There are bed bugs in many of the rooms and when we spoke to the manager about this we were blamed for bringing them in ourselves but when speaking to long term guests we found out this has been an issue there for a long time. The rooms with bed bugs were never properly cleaned so this is still an issue. The toilets and showers are not properly cleaned and there is no hand soap available in any of the toilets. STAY AWAY!!!

L'endroit nous avait été conseillé, mais au final on a été très déçu. La personne en charge s'est extrêmement désagréable et rien que pour cette raison, on a préféré quitter les lieux. Pas de remboursement, bien sûr. Franchement, on ne recommande pas du tout !
