Clean, Comfortable and Convenient! Free Internet (FireFly Fiber Optic Broadband, 1Gbps) Walk to slopes and skip the shuttle & the busy day parking. This nicely appointed White Oak townhouse, within the gated community of Wintergreen Resort, is a CLEAN, NON-SMOKING, NO PETS unit that accommodates up to 6 guests. ***Our no pet/no animal policy allows renters with allergies to rent with confidence (the property owners also have severe allergy issues that prevent ability to accommodate pets/animals.)*** This is also our 2nd home, so we take great care to have a clean and comfortable place for our guests and ourselves. It is not packed with our personal items, because we want you to feel at home! No “overflow guests” from other property owners. Renter must stay in property with other guests. If you would not have guests stay in your home, don’t send them to ours. AMENITIES: - Located on the mountaintop in Wintergreen Resort. - Nearby wineries, breweries, cideries, restaurants and more. - Adjacent to both hiking trails and ski slopes. - 3-level unit offers lots of privacy for you and your fellow travelers. - FREE Fiber Optic Internet, 1Gbps. - FREE fireplace wood located in front of the unit by the parking space. - Secure ski locker. - Full size washer and dryer in the unit, as well as an ironing board and iron. - All linens are included, and the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment, dishes, cookware, utensils and new appliances (2021). A short walk to trails, ski slopes, Mountain Inn, special events, restaurants, bar, and convenience store. Enjoy the proximity of the slopes without the noise of the snowmaking machines! In the Winter, after a day on the slopes, relax in front of the fireplace. In the Summer, enjoy Lake Monocan (not open to the public on Saturday). WHAT TO BRING: Renters should bring consumable items (toiletries, detergents, etc.) with them. We provide everything else! RECENT UPDATES: New kitchen appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, stone backsplash, kitchen task lighting, hardwood floors, interior finishes (doors, trim, hardware), 3 SmartTVs, Free fiber broadband WiFi, dehumidifier replacement, WiFi / battery backup smoke/ CO2 detectors, contactless entry. SAME DAY or DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL BOOKINGS: No Problem. Please contact owner at 757-879-0438. Every booking incurs a one-time setup and host fee for your stay (listed as cleaning fee). The fee is significantly lower than our actual cost for housekeeping service and supplies. The owner does not retain these funds. These charges partially cover our cost for the setup service, a critical service to continue to provide clean, comfortable accommodations.
