Site of hotel is very good, walking distance from Laxmanpur beach, famous for sunset. Its really beach resort. we booked 3 rooms all were sea facing. Rooms were very small 10x10 feet with very small washroom. No space to walk after putting 2 bags. Swimming pool is a very plus point to recommend it to book. Beach is hardly 100 meters and very beautiful site. Staff is very courteous & helpful. Food was delicious. Bar is also there, although slightly costly. In one room lack of maintenance was there. Overall satisfactory stay.

Nice stay with wonderful staffs to take care. Especially the food is awesome. The owner of the property himself arranged for cab, two wheeler hiring for us.

The room was so spacious, clean and has a good view from room (coconut trees. Their breakfast felt like homemade food (paratha and chana curry. We only spent one night there so couldn’t get around the hotel much. One thing was that there is no network including their wifi inside the hotel. The staff was helpful and nice. Go for this hotel.

It was a nice stay at the hotel. Very quiet surroundings and very good service. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite and helpful. The overall hospitality was great. The hotel is at walking distance to sitapur beach sunrise point which was an added benefit.

I recently stayed at a hotel on neil island, and it was a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly kind and even upgraded my room from deluxe to super deluxe at no extra cost. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious and well-maintained, with a clean and neat toilet. A delightful highlight was the owner and his son serenading us with melodious songs during dinner, adding a special touch to the evening. Overall, my stay was excellent, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting neil island. I rate it 5 out of 5!

Очень понравилась территория - скамейки, гамаки, огромные деревья в саду и мангровые на пляже. Номера чистые, просторные. Хотелось бы в мини-баре видеть пиво, а воду лучше ставить бутылированную - не рискнул пить наливную. Еда вкусная - что завтраки, что по заказу. Утром правда из мясного только сосиски. В целом - самый обыкновенный отель, но территория прекрасна.
