I was truly impressed with my experience! The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the coffee. The facilities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable stay. I had read some reviews mentioning that the hotel was older, and I admit I was a little hesitant to book. However, from the moment we checked in, I was incredibly satisfied. The room was spotlessly clean, and having a refrigerator was a great touch. While there was no window, it was perfectly fine for our one-night stay as we were primarily there to rest. Overall, it was an amazing stay! Thank you for providing such a positive experience.

We arrived around 5 PM and noticed that some of the staff members were preparing to leave for the day. One staff member kindly guided us through the hallways and directed us to our room. The room itself was lovely, but unfortunately, the main reason we chose this resort—its late-night swimming and Netflix access—was not fully realized. We discovered that Netflix was unavailable due to a payment issue, which was quite disappointing. We attempted to use YouTube, but found the available content unengaging, so we ended up going to bed early without our planned movie night. On a positive note, we had breakfast at the resort's restaurant and were impressed by the excellent service, which was truly five-star. While the food was average for me, particularly given my pregnancy, it was satisfying and ensured that I left feeling full.

El personal del hotel es agradable y accesible, especialmente los guardias, que sonríen y siempre te saludan. La habitación y las camas están muy limpias, tienen aire acondicionado y no hay olores innecesarios. Hay calentador eléctrico, tazas, toallas y artículos de tocador. Lo único que me hubiera gustado que el hotel ofreciera eran pantuflas adicionales. Incluso las desechables sirven. El check in y el check out fueron en menos de 5 minutos. En general, la estadía valió la pena. Me encantaría volver a reservar pronto.

We had a great time waiting for the boat to Apo Island. We really liked the hotel grounds with access to the sea where there is a coral reef. The breakfast was very tasty. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Hay vehículos comerciales Toyota del hotel desde y hacia el aeropuerto, pero tienes que llamar a la recepción del hotel para hacer una reserva, y el inglés de Feiwei es realmente difícil de entender. Es muy conveniente ir a APO. Hay un barco que pasa por el hotel. No mucha experiencia es buena. Me gustaría elogiar a Laila del centro de buceo, niña de Hunan. Si vas al curso PADI, puedes encontrarla. Es muy entusiasta y atenta, y su nivel es excelente. La niña acaba de cumplir diez años. Ella es muy paciente para guiarla y disipar el miedo interior. Y especialmente fue muy difícil llevarla a la orilla buceando sola. El hotel puede ir directamente a ver tiburones ballena. Hay coche especial y canal preferencial. El tiempo de espera es corto y hay bebidas de frutas para comer. Si quieres salir temprano o salir temprano, también puedes informar al restaurante que preparen el desayuno. El desayuno es muy rico y muy bueno. Asegúrate de recibir el anuncio PADI la próxima vez que vengas.

The room was clean, and it smelled good. The bathroom was huge. It even came with comfortable flip-flops. There weren't many guests, so I had the pool to myself. For a hotel that is nearby the city center, it was quiet and relaxing. It's definitely worth coming back.

Good for experienced divers but not for new divers, solo travellers, relaxing beach time or a deluxe experience even though it was £200+ a night so I did not think it was good value. For me it was just the wrong choice and I didn't do enough research. The main disappointment comes down to me basing my expectations on the price instead of the 3 star rating. I haven't paid that much for a hotel before and usually go for 4 or 5 star places so I just don't understand the pricing, maybe that's just how it is in the Philippines. The staff and service are good, breakfast and the room are ok, spa and diving are the good amenities so it might be the diving location which warrants the price. Lunch and dinner are good. I recommend the honey yoghurt muesli with mango and the chicken salad (with a dressing) for breakfast. Everything I had on the lunch/dinner menu was great - the tom kha gai soup, Dorado, burger, curry etc all good. Small range of beers and cocktails available but cocktails were good too. The room and bathroom are fine for 3 star standards. There is termite stuff falling from the wood beams and dead moths or similar insects on shelves which did not get cleaned away. The Swedish massage was good, I recommend Gail. The shiatsu was painful and pinched my skin so she switched to Swedish. The pool is murky and not enticing to swim in, lots of mozzies around it too. I much preferred the beach and water conditions further down at Dauin. I like to relax on a nice beach and swim etc. that's where the great snorkeling is too. But the water at Atlantis is too rough and windy and the beach too narrow. Although the dive masters are great for leading dives and probably for the other diving skills, I wouldn't recommend getting your open water certificate here especially if you're at all nervous about it. There were some differences with the SSI videos like being able to practise boat entry in the pool first and using a snorkel that I would have preferred what with the condition of the water there. The beach, water and entry conditions are so much better 20-30min down the beach at Dauin, Bongo Bongo beach. I managed to earn my open water and it was the reason for this trip but it wasn't a pleasant experience and I watched the divers enter at Dauin quite jealously. Considering you can do 4-5 dives a day here plus a day for Apo island, I think 3-4 days here would be perfect. The hotel tour prices were a bit more expensive than others I found and they do not arrange joiner tours so as a solo traveller, their tours were prohibitively expensive. For some reason there were no joiner tours available outside the hotel either, I don't know if that's because of the season (jan-feb) or that's usual for the Philippines but it's the first time I've experienced that in my travels. The tour to Apo Island is good and well arranged. The only thing is as a snorkeler you have to wait until after lunch to get to the shallow turtle area but it was great and a benefit of going with the hotel is you leave on their boat right from the hotel, no need to drive to the ferry.

The family room is big. Staff are friendly and the food were delicious.
